Traci can reveal if it's Alan or Martin on The Young and the Restless

On The Young and the Restless, it looks more and more like the night Alan and Martin fought and only one remained: that the psychotic Martin survived. Can Tracy tell them apart?

Is it me or is it you on The Young and the Restless

There has been an abundance of clues as to which way this story will go for the astute, keen-eyed, and keen-eared viewer of The Young and the Restless. The first for me was the way that Alan (Christopher Cousins) walked into the Abbott mansion and was wide-eyed with awe at the place and said that this place was amazing, etc., but…you have been here many times, Alan. Why is this sounding new to you? Because, my friends, it’s Martin! Plus, the link to the old asylum and locking Phyllis and Sharon inside in an attempt to do what? Get them to self-repair their relationship? It looked like the outcome was going to be the death of one of them.

The dodgy messages and alerts coming into Alan's phone and the misdirection of what they were raised more red flags, too. A sudden proposal, then rushing off to Paris alone, was the last piece. Is that where the real Alan is? Is he once again confined somewhere? Traci (Beth Maitland) is a bright spark, and the clues were not lost on her either. Sharing those with people and at least getting her thoughts considered is huge. Jack was not convinced at all to start with, but now he’s genuinely concerned for Traci. With good reason, too, Martin is a known ne'er-do-well and a dangerous one. Fans and viewers of The Young and the Restless have discussed this on the Soap Central Message Boards. Can Traci tell the two apart, and in time?

Tracy said she can look into the madman's eyes and tell if it is Alan or Martin

“I love Tracy. But if this is Martin, then she has been duped. She never had a relationship with Alan. I guess she is saying she can tell if he (whoever he is) is lying to her by looking in his eyes. “I guess Traci needs to look Alan/Martin in the eyes to see if he's lying...she certainly cannot tell if it is Alan or Martin because she didn't get to know the real Alan or Martin when she started dating this man she believes is Alan, or she did get to know the real Alan, but he's sick! I still believe one of those brothers died. Tucker was down there immediately and saw the two bodies. I even believe Traci and Ashley looked over the balcony after they fell, but I am not sure... This could really be Alan suffering from a mental break or some type of mental illness that could have been triggered by the loss of his brother! Please, Traci, be careful, but most of all, pull the mask off, as it were. There will be a terrible fallout if Martin is exposed, and many will be in danger, but for Traci’s sake, please let her have a happy ending to all this. She deserves it.
