Kate Linder hosting charity event with a Y&R set tour up for bids

It's time again for Kate Linder and friends' annual tea. The event raises much-needed funds for charity.

Mark your calendars for June 2, 2024. That's the date for The Young and the Restless star Kate Linder's (Esther Valentine) annual charity tea event. Linder is joined by some of her Y&R castmates for an afternoon tea, which will be followed up by a Q&A and autograph session. There will also be live and silent auctions.

Now for the details. Joining Kate will be Emmy winners Christian Le Blanc (Michael Baldwin) and Bryton James (Devon Winters). The event benefits Canadian Abilities Foundation's Canada Cares Caregiving Program, whose mission is to advocate, educate, build awareness, and deliver effective, well-run programs that support youth and adults with disabilities and their families and caregivers. The event will be emceed by Jeff McArthur, co-host of Global Television's Morning Show.

One of the auction items available this year is a tour of the set of The Young and the Restless. One lucky winner and a guest will receive a one-of-a-kind tour of Genoa City, with Linder serving as tour guide.

The event will be held Sunday, June 2, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Palais Royale, 1601 Lakeshore Blvd., Toronto, Canada.

Ticket prices for a single ticket are $200, with a discount available for the purchase of two tickets ($300). A VIP ticket is $250, and that includes a meet and greet with the cast prior to the event.
