FIRST LOOK: Victoria Rowell guests on SVU

The Young and the Restless' Victoria Rowell will portray a judge on NBC's Law & Order: SVU. The episode will air January 30.

The Young and the Restless' Victoria Rowell (Drucilla Winters) will guest star on NBC's Law & Order: SVU on Wednesday, January 30.

On the episode, entitled "Criminal Hatred," Rowell will portray Judge Delilah Hawkins, a judge presiding over a case that appears to be an open-and-shut case -- but is not.

Law & Order: SVU airs Wednesdays at 9pm ET/8pm CT on NBC. Check your local listings for the time in channel in your area.
