Episode 7 of Agatha All Along titled, Death’s Hand in Mine, reveals another twist in the story with Rio Vidal being the last witch.
In Agatha All Along, we saw that the coven that Agatha Harkness had gathered was made up of different types of witches, each requiring their trial. Among them was a Green Witch, one who could tap into Earth's magic. Initially, Agatha asked Sharon Davis, an ordinary citizen of Westview, to play the role of the Green Witch. However, Sharon's murder during the trial of the Potions Witch forced the coven to find a replacement in the person of Rio Vidal.

The character of Rio Vidal is discussed by Aubrey Plaza, who played the role. In an interview for Entertainment Weekly. Aubrey said;
“I can’t say everything about my character now, but I’ll say that there’s all kinds of layers,” she teased. “I wanted to try to bring some kind of chaotic energy and a spontaneity to it that would keep Agatha on her toes, and just have fun playing in that dynamic.”
Agatha All Along: Episode 7 opens up on Rio Vidal being the Green Witch
The plot of episode 7 consists of Lilia Calderu's trial on the Witches' Road and the return of the MCU witch, courtesy of Patti LuPone, as Billy Maximoff had dismissed her there in episode 5. Lilia had finished her tarot reading, allowing the other members of Agatha Harkness's coven to leave the trial while she stayed and heroically sacrificed everything she needed to save her newly formed family.
After the tarot reading, Lilia declares Aubrey Plaza's Rio Vidal to be Death, whom she also confirms to be "the original Green Witch". Marvel tends to keep viewers on the edge of their seats with mid-credits scenes, but they did something different with Agatha All Along.
Lilia, who appeared to die at the end of episode 7, was the third death along the Witches' Road. Her demise followed that of Sharon Davis and Alice Wu-Gulliver, but these deaths may not necessarily be final.
Death existed even before the Big Bang. This makes Rio Vidal, along with Eternity and others, one of the oldest characters in the Marvel Universe. As confirmed by the show, Rio Vidal is not only the original Green Witch but Death herself.
Looking back into all the hints that Agatha All Along may have dropped along the way
All sorts of clues to Rio’s true identity are scattered throughout the series of Agatha All Along. From Rio's failure to kill Agatha when they were left alone in the first episode, to her casual and almost laughing remarks at points such as when she was talking to Poppy about getting the bodies of the coven once they were dead, ages ago.
The possibility that Rio was the Lady Death was mainly dropped in Agatha All Along episode 4 putting reference to the time when she had taken Nicholas away from Agatha. Another clue came when Agatha and Rio were talking in the recording booth. Rio said that she was tired of waiting, referring to waiting for the time when she could kill Agatha.
Then she had to ask a second time that she was in the coven waiting for Agatha to kill the other witches around her. Once Agatha makes the decision, Rio utters the words,
"I get my bodies".
Other clues were Rio giggling at the point in Agatha's trial when Death was among the Ouija board coven, and when Rio tells Agatha the story of what she had done for her work and hurt someone she loved, referring to Agatha's need to get Nicholas Scratch away from her when he died.
