It is with mixed emotions that fans of The Voice Season 27 have seen the season end, with the winner officially being announced. After months of tough competition, touching acts and emotions through stories from all over the country, Adam David impressed everybody. Adam won the season thanks to his heartfelt singing, pure honesty, and strong will. It’s impressive that he won against long odds, beating countless challenges.

Besides winning himself, Adam has also helped Michael Bublé achieve his second victory in a row as a coach on The Voice.

A Star is Born: Who is Adam David?

Adam David lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He became a blues rocker of considerable talent and started learning guitar as a young boy. Nevertheless, he has faced challenges while achieving fame. Adam fought addiction for a long time, and today he is happy to be six years sober. While he was recovering, music became his main escape, and he still brings music to people in rehabilitation centers to encourage them.

A Rocky Start Turned to Triumph

Adam David had a few hard steps to take before making it onto The Voice. During his blind audition, he won over only Michael Bublé. Being underestimated by the other coaches, Adam proved that all you sometimes need is just one opportunity.

Adam was close to leaving the competition during the semi-finals. He was sent through to the final after getting saved by the Instant Save. Amazingly, he broke the record by being the first person ever to win The Voice after a Coach chose to save them.

The Grand Finale: A Night of Music and Emotions

The finale of Season 27 on May 20, 2025, offered viewers a selection of memorable acts. Along with Adam David, the last five people in the competition were:

  • On Team Bublé, Jadyn Cree will sing.
  • Jaelen Johnston is competing for Team Kelsea Ballerini.
  • Lucia Flores Wiseman sang with Adam Levine’s team in Season One.
  • Member of Team John Legend

Famous artists and former artist coaches, including Alicia Keys, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Chance the Rapper, and James Bay, took the stage, commemorating the long history of The Voice.

Once the votes were in, Jaelen Johnston secured second place, and RENZO took the third spot. Lucia Flores Wiseman came in fourth, and Jadyn Cree slotted in fifth.

What’s Next for The Voice?

Michael Bublé, who coached both Adam David and finalist Jadyn Cree, will return for Season 28. He’ll be joined by new and returning coaches: Niall Horan, Reba McEntire, and Snoop Dogg. The next season is scheduled to premiere this fall.

A Victory Beyond the Stage

Winning on The Voice was about much more than just receiving a trophy and title for Adam David. It is about love, determination, and how music can help heal. Starting from being a young guitarist fighting addiction up to winning a national singing event, Adam has amazed people with both his talent and willpower.

Fans can’t wait to see what Adam will do with his music, and if he has it in him to evolve, grow and make a lasting impression.
