Baddies Midwest Episode 21 ended with a cliffhanger following a physical altercation between cast members Jela and Badd Dolly. Things escalated as Badd Dolly had to be sent to the hospital after she suffered a seizure. During her confessional interview, the contestant spoke of the incident.
Dolly shared that she fainted and when she regained consciousness, she realized she was in a hospital. This was the first time the reality TV star had a health scare. Dolly stated she was "disappointed" in herself for not prioritizing her health. She was having a headache before the performance, she said, and added:
"I'm so disappointed in myself I should have paid more attention to myself, you know."

"After Dolly is hospitalized, Big Lex seeks out a fight with Jela."

Baddies Midwest star Badd Dolly recalls what happened at the club
Baddies Midwest cast member Badd Dolly told the cameras that she was surprised that she had to be hospitalized because of her health issue. Dolly was unaware that she had suffered from a seizure until the doctors told her. She had to be hospitalized for speedy recovery. She said:
"This is the first time seizure has ever been used with my name or with anybody in my family, like seizure really? i don't know anything about it."
According to Dolly, it was the first time she experienced such an attack. Reflecting on her journey in Baddies Midwest, Badd Dolly shared that she learnt a lot of important lessons. As of now, she was exiting the show, but her appearance at the upcoming reunion has been teased.
Dolly had high expectations from being part of the baddie clan right after she joined the cast members, and she had fun performing as well as touring. The Baddies Midwest star said that she would miss spending time with Summer, as they had developed a sisterly bond despite clashing initially.
Summer and Dolly became close friends after spending time together in the Baddie house. Dolly stated she was looking forward to the next chapter in her journey now that she was exiting the show.
"We really became cool as f*ck we understand each other and stuff. My most learnable moment was even when you lose, you get up and I learned that through Summer she just really showed me a different side."
Towards the end of her confession interview, Badd Dolly told the viewers that they could expect something more to come in the near future and that her goodbye was temporary. Dolly was clearly not happy about having had to leave early. She said:
"Right now I'm so mad that I didn't get the full experience because of a health issue, I came here with a lot of expectations. Right now I gotta go but I must say I've learned a lot. I really enjoyed my baddie experience."
