RHOC star Jennifer Pedranti was recently accused by her ex-husband, William Pedranti, of harassment and invasion of privacy. As reported by In Touch Weekly on October 21, 2024, Willian accused his ex-wife of lying and ruining his reputation.
The official document mentions that since their split, William Pedranti was supposed to pay his ex-wife Jennifer Pedranti $1735 in "spousal" support. He has requested to terminate that. The document also mentions an additional $4,674 monthly payment that William pays for his children, who reside with Jennifer.
According to William,
"(Jennifer) made multiple disparaging comments and lies about me on the Bravo TV show as well as in national media interviews. Including negative comments about my relationship with my kids. My reputation has been adversely affected by this. I have also had to have conversations with the children about it as well."
What happened between RHOC star Jennifer Pedranti and her ex-husband William?
According to In Touch Weekly's report, the RHOC star Jennifer and William, after being married from 2002 to 2021, applied for divorce in March 2023. It was William who wanted the divorce, and hence, he filed for it. The incident occurred mere weeks before Jennifer's appearance on the Real Housewives of Orange County as a debut.
Later, in June 2023, the former couple settled their divorce. Accordingly, Jennifer and William were supposed to share their children's physical and joint legal custody. This included four of their then-minor children: Greyson, Dawson, Everleigh, and Dominic. Additionally, per the order, the children were to be with their mother, Jennifer.
Since William filed a new motion, the latest information has come to light. It mentions how William has been paying various fees and charges to the RHOC star. The motion also reveals how William earned $5,546 through the wage and another $12,740 a month before via self-employment. RHOC fans should note that he is an attorney and the CEO of Visgenx.
According to Jennifer Pedranti's ex, the RHOC star earns around $8,000 monthly through her work with Bravo and other income sources. Additionally, William's monthly expenses are $14,320. Because his salary went through a "significant reduction," he shared a declaration.
It mentions that one of their children, Dawson, has been living with him since March 2024. William has been covering various expenses, including auto insurance, health insurance, car payment, gas, food, cell phone, and additional requirements.
William referred to the original divorce settlement, according to which he was supposed to pay $587 monthly. It was because Dawson, at the time, was living with the RHOC star, which is no longer the case.
Also, since his income source has been impacted recently, he requested $4674 monthly child support to be reduced by (that of Dawson's) $587.
In addition to that, he also mentioned Jennifer's engagement to Ryan Boyajian earlier in April 2024.
The declaration read,
"She moved in with Ryan because she did not pay rent on her lease (at a home in Ladera Ranch, California). I am not party to the lease agreement. Jennifer signed the lease agreement without first notifying me. If she had notified me beforehand, I would not have agreed to the terms of the lease (particularly the amount)."
It continued,
"We agreed to an uneven split of the amount of the rent since the children would be living there. Jennifer was not able to contribute anything toward the rent, and therefore, the rent was not able to be paid."
William also mentioned that the court might not be aware that Jennifer is now living with Ryan and, hence, does not need William to pay these expenses. He also accused his ex, RHOC cast member, of harassing him multiple times. According to William, despite refusing her meetings, Jennifer has not stopped.
He also mentioned that Jennifer visited him on August 29, 2024, and expressed her wishes to have a conversation, and that was not the first time. As William points out, there have been many such instances.
"This is harassment and an invasion of my privacy." shared William.
Additionally, William accused Jennifer of publicly sharing information about his finances that had "damaged" his reputation. Since he filed the motion, Jennifer demanded William's finances be examined in court. As of now, the exes, William and Jennifer, are going through a legal battle.
