Later, Tommy and Diamond are finally able to become the heads of the major portion of the drug trade. However, before they are able to fully get in the mood of celebration, Tommy gets a call from Mireya. Thinking that Mireya is finally contacting him, he gets excited, but it is not Mireya. Rather, it is Mireya’s brother, Miguel. It can be understood that he is now fully aware of Mireya and Tommy's relationship.
