Netflix's Selling Sunset Season 8 premiered on September 6, 2024 on the platform. The real estate drama features high-end agents working with their bosses, the Oppenheim twin brothers, around the Los Angeles area.
The Show's third episode, Cat's Out of the Birkin Bag, featured fellow real estate agent Bre Tiesi re-joining The Oppenheim Group. She was quite excited to return to work:
"I have an amazing client today. This will be her first purchase on the West Coast. And I’m really excited to kill it. And maybe not kill myself," confessed Bre.
Selling Sunset Season 8 Episode 3: Bre returns to work, and her first client
Selling Sunset Season 8 Episode 3 officially marked Bre's return to The Oppenheim Group, as that was when she met her first client. Bre met the listing agent, Jennifer Purdue, at the property. It was located on Huntley Dr. in West Hollywood.
The property, which was 2600 square feet and featured three bedrooms and three bathrooms, was estimated to sell for $4,795,000. If sold, Bre would get an approximate commission of $143,850. Bre mentioned that it was the perfect property for her client, who was relocating from the East Coast.
"This street, you can literally walk to everything here on Melrose. It is perfect spot for someone who’s used to being in New York," shared Jennifer.
Bre then joked that she didn't think about that aspect specifically since she didn't "walk" almost anywhere, and they laughed. Selling Sunset star then explored the property; soon, her client, Sofia Franklyn, joined them.
When Sofia arrived, she mentioned the place was "Gorge."
"I know Sofia because I actually went on her sex and relationship podcast. I think that she is amazing and one of the funniest humans alive. Sofia’s currently living in New York, but she’s looking for a place in LA so that she can take the podcast bicoastal," shared Bre.
When Bre mentioned that the property was spread over 2600 sq. ft, Sofia shared that her current apartment was around 650 sq. ft. Bre was shocked to know that and said that she would die. Selling Sunset Star added is that even legal, as it was "like a jail cell size."
Later in the episode, Bre showed Sofia the property, and they went through various parts of the house.
"Oh my God, we have the same coffee table book! This house is meant for me. If you knew what was in that book, then you - - that would solidify how sexual this house is. Girl, just open it, please. You don’t even know what you’re in for," shared Sofia.
Seeing the outdoor space on the first floor, Sofia was quite happy and mentioned that it was "sexual and peaceful." She also mentioned that it was her podcast. Bre then mentioned that Sofia could shoot her podcast there peacefully, to which Sofia agreed.
By the end of Sofia's visit to the property, she mentioned that she loved it but wanted to explore a "couple more" properties before making the final visit.
