tvN's soothing K-drama Love, Take Two has finally come to an end, and fans must be delighted to watch a satisfying conclusion to each character's journey. Not just Hyo-ri and her mother Ji-an, but even Seon-yeong and Tae-oh were able to find happiness.

It all started with Lee Hyo-ri, a young and beautiful woman studying in a medical college despite having no interest in the subject. The reason? Her mother, Lee Ji-an, wants Hyo-ri to have everything in life, and she believes that mastering one of the toughest subjects could give Hyo-ri a promising future.

But in a heartbreaking twist, Hyo-ri is diagnosed with a brain tumor and she has a strained relationship with he mother. Their lives change when they move to a quiet yet vibrant town where Ji-an meets her first crush, and Hyo-ri also finds her first love. Meeting people filled with life and energy helps the duo improve their dynamics.

And by the last episode of Love, Take Two, everyone gets a happy ending, as they begin a new journey. While Hyo-ri and Ji-an travel abroad together, Bo-hyeon decides to pursue studies and follow his dreams.

The finale episode of Love, Take Two begins with a positive note: Hyo-ri is ready for the surgery and is hopeful that everything will be fine. When asked to say something that will calm her down during the operation, Hyo-ri says that "My mother is my first love", suggesting how close she is to Ji-an and has been worried about her since she found out she has a brain tumor.

While Hyo-ri is inside the room, Ji-an waits for the surgery to go well and bring hope for her daughter. She receives support from Jeong-seok and prayers from all the villagers and her loved ones.

Physically, Hyo-ri recovers quickly after surgery, but she struggles with speech and memory. This frustrates her and makes her feel disappointed in herself. She even avoids Bo-hyeon, who wants only to comfort her. She stays inside her room most of the time but still tries to improve her health.

As the final episode of Love, Take Two continues, everyone helps Hyo-ri to stay healthy and engage with others. Mun-hui is seen giving her memory exercises while Seon-yeong keeps her engaged in conversation.

A year passed after Hyo-ri's surgery in Love, Take Two, and she became stronger and gained balance. She and Ji-an visit the resting place of Cho-rong, her birth mother. Hyo-ri thanks Cho-rong not just for giving her life, but also for Ji-an, her true mother.

Hyo-ri is inspired and says she will continue with her medical studies, while Bo-hyeon goes off to Germany for landscape design. While it is bittersweet to be leaving, they support each other's dreams. While this is happening, Tae-oh admits his feelings for Seon-yeong, which brings forth a new romance.

Though not every moment is a happy one, Mun-hui is contemplating entering a care home because she feels that she is a burden. Ji-an and others reassure Mun-hui that their power lies in staying together and convince her that she cannot leave. This episode highlights how their relationships can give hope, even in difficult circumstances.

In Hyo-ri's hospital follow-up, she is informed that the recovery process has gone much better than expected. On the way home, she comes across a teenage girl with a brain tumor who has been refusing treatment.

Hyo-ri recalls her own struggle with fear and encourages the girl to embrace courage in facing her surgery, reflecting on the progress she has made in her own journey. The series ends on an uplifting note with Ji-an and Hyo-ri taking a flight abroad and enjoying their company.

The growth of their relationship is evident as they enjoy ice cream, go sightseeing, and do other fun things. This way, Love, Take Two concludes on a satisfying note.
