Love Island Australia is back again to bring together singles from across Australia looking for romance in their lives. Season 6 of the show began on October 28, 2024. As accepted, this season, too, has a lot of unexpected recouplings, a few heartbreaks, and a few unlucky-in-love islanders leaving the show.

As for now, six of the fans' favorite contenders have been eliminated from the show. Let's find out who all had to leave the island this season too soon.

Kane was the first one who had to leave the island without finding love. He was left alone after all the girls made their choices. Although a spark was seen between Kane and Xanthe, she ultimately ended up choosing Zane. Kane had a vulnerable, bittersweet exit from the show.

Eilisha

Soon after Kane left the island, Eilisha bid her farewell on day 5. Eilisha was initially with Dylan, she got stolen by Taylor in the first week. Eventually, Taylor changed his mind and made a decision to leave Eilisha and recouple with Em. Eilisha's exit was emotional as she felt stuck in a love triangle.

“I was disappointed to be leaving so soon but holding out hope that my perfect match might be out there.”

She made a statement before leaving the island.

Indigo

Another contestant from Love Island Australia was eliminated on day 8, and it was Indigo. This decision came as a surprise. Sophie and Indigo started strong up until Dylan entered the show. When Dylan confessed his feelings about Sophie, she decided to leave Indigo and try things out with Dylan. This ended up in Indigo's elimination.

“I wanted to back myself but there’s always that little voice in the back of my head second-guessing. It’s definitely taught me not to be complacent and to take every opportunity as you can.”

Said Indigo after his elimination.

Xanthe

Xanthe also turned out to be unlucky in love after Zane decided to call things off with her and choose Kaylah. Although she could have been saved by the new entry, Mercedes, in a speed dating round, he went with Sophie instead of Xanthe, leaving her heartbroken. Xanthe left the island with tears in her eyes as she bid farewell to her girlfriends.

Sydney

Sydney was the fifth contestant to get eliminated from Love Island Australia. After the superfans voted, Zane and Niko, who were voted as most likely to find love, ended up dumping Sydney. She was voted as least likely to find love. Even though Sydney wasn't happy to leave the island without finding love, she did make a graceful exit.

Tommy

It was Tommy, who recently left the villa. To the fans' surprise, Tommy wasn't eliminated from the show. Instead, he made the decision to leave Love Island Australia, on his own. Although the decision was his own, Tommy expressed a few regrets after leaving the show,

“I definitely regret leaving early for sure. I’m not good at stepping on toes, I didn’t want to cut anyone’s lunch, but also now watching it, it would’ve been fine.”
“I should’ve stayed in for the long haul and seen how far I could go.”

He further added.
