So, Dounia and Chafic mutually agreed not to get married but to pursue their relationship further. Despite not getting married, the duo was last seen together on the show's finale.

Safa and Mohammad
They are the only couple on the dating show who shared their “I do” during their wedding day. Apart from Safa and Mohammad, no other couple got married. Since the beginning, the couple had strong feelings for each other and were particular about what kind of partner they sought.
Soon after their engagement, the couple spent more time together during the vacation phase and agreed to get married. In both their families' presence, they married and celebrated their union.

Asma and Khatab
Asma and Khatab were also among the engaged couples who had their wedding ceremony on Love is Blind: Habibi. Asma did not want to make such a huge decision in her life without her family present. For that reason, the female cast member refused to get married. Later, on their wedding day, she shared that with her fiance, Khatab, who agreed.

Recently, Khatab shared via his TikTok that they already filmed the show’s upcoming reunion. However, he did not reveal details regarding his relationship with Asma or their relationship status.
