Chip shared the work update with the cameras.

"It's been a great week. A lot has been going on downstairs in the main house. The wallpaper is starting to go up in the bunk room. We're laying the tile in the bunk room bathroom. Down by the river, we've been working on that fire pit that I'm really excited about."

He added that they were also on their way towards getting the foundation for the fireplaces and their exterior done.

Soon, the Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain House stars went to see the exterior of the fireplaces. Because there were two of them, the exterior looked huge. They noted that it was massive.

"So, they're working on the foundation on the outside for the main fireplaces in the house. It's crazy to think that they need that much support to carry a couple of fireplaces," the two shared in a joint confessional.

Joanna asked more about the design and how the fire places' design would be from downstairs. Chip felt that it seemed as if they were building a subway underneath.

After inspecting that, they split to cover more places in the house. Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain House star Chip went to see the work progress of the fire pit down by the river. Joanna went to see the bunk room and other places.

Joanna felt that the bunk room was cute and quaint, exactly what she wanted. She saw the wallpaper and the green color on the ceiling.

Joanna also went to check on the tiles that were done in the bunk bathroom. They were cute.

"The bathroom tile...wanted something, again, a little more feminine, a little more charming and cottagy. I just think it's so sweet," shared Joanna.

She added that the overall house was almost 80% done, and she could see the finish line.

Fixer Upper: Colorado Mountain Housestar Chip went down by the river. He saw the firepit and was excited about it. He loved how great it had turned out. In his private confessional, Chip noted that he could see the fire pit becoming a special addition to their family. He talked about making memories and spending time with the family.
