After an extremely long wait, Game of Thrones fans have something to look forward to, as the first trailer for the spin-off series, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, is scheduled to be released tomorrow. The announcement came directly from the official X account of Game of Thrones. So, fans can look forward to seeing the trailer tomorrow.

As the post suggests, the trailer will simply be a "humble beginning to an extra journey," alluding towards the exciting cinematic journey that awaits the audience.

The first official poster for the series was revealed recently, which disclosed that the show is set to release sometime in January 2026. Now, with the official trailer launching tomorrow, fans can hope to find out the exact release date as well.

The first official trailer for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms will premiere during the New York Comic Con starting tomorrow

George RR Martin had previously confirmed that fans would get their first look at the trailer for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms during the New York Comic Con, which is kicking off tomorrow. Now, the official Game of Thrones X account also confirmed the news, while also teasing a small glimpse at the trailer that will be released tomorrow.

Besides this little teaser, promotions are in full swing for the Game of Thrones spin-off show, especially with only three months remaining for the release of the show. The various social media handles of the franchise have updated their tagline to "Spring is Coming," alluding towards the fact that the series is just on the horizon.

George RR Martin also blogged about the trailer release scheduled for tomorrow, stating how he would be flying into New York to attend the Comic Con.

"We’re off tomorrow for New York City and the NYC Comicon, a huge gathering that dwarfs all the worldcons every held put together. About 150,000 attendees, they tell me, all jammed into the Jacob Javits Convention center. That’s where HBO is going to be rolling out A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS for the first time, come Thursday."

He even mentioned that the lead cast for the show, Peter Claffey (Dunk) and Dexter Sol Ansell (Egg), would also be attending the Comic Con, and he is rather excited for them to experience the same.

"They are both incredible, perfect for their parts. I think you guys will love them. (And I rather expect NYCC is going to blow their minds)."

The official trailer for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is set to be released on Thursday, 9th October, during HBO's panel, somewhere between 12 PM and 1 PM EST.
