"Welcome. It's Brian Malarkey, and I am on the set of Cutthroat Kitchen. Yes. We are back, and we are having so much fun. Now this is the kitchen where all the crazy competitions happen, you know. You never know what kind of sabotages I'm gonna throw at you," said Brian Malarkey.

Brian Malarkey from Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out shared a video clip on July 7, 2025, via Instagram, featuring the culinary competition set. While on the tour of the kitchen, Brian mentioned how they all have so much "fun" there while filming. He also admitted to how he often throws "sabotage" into the competition.

Furthermore, Brian mentioned that the first round consists of four chefs, and then three of them will make it to the finale. The cooking stations have some tools, to which he said:

"Not a lot of tools, but, you know, we make up for it. We add things. We take away things."

Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out's Brian Malarkey then went through the pans, mixers, fryers, blenders, and microwaves. The next stop was the stew room where the cheftestants are supposed to stay during the food testing.

While the judges are testing the food during various challenges, the cheftestants remain there. Sharing more about that room and its specialty, Brian stated:

"This is the stew room. This is where our chefs go when we're kinda looking at their food, talking about it, you know, judging it, judging them. They're back here, and they can hear everything, and they can see us, but they can't interact with us."

He added that while it was "fun," it was also "stressful" for the cheftestants. He joked that he was "glad" that he didn't have to "go back" there through all the stress.

The next stop on the Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out set tour was the LED screen. Brian mentioned that it keeps changing according to the episode's theme.

"I keep asking them if we can go to outer space, but so far that has not been approved," he joked.

He then reached into the pantry and said it was "glorious." Brian said that it had "opportunities." Soon, he joked that when the challenge demands something "sweet," the pantry won't have it. Similarly, when cheftestants need "beef" for the challenge, it might not be available in the pantry.

"And what's the reason to play Cutthroat Kitchen? To show your culinary prowess, your adaptability, how you can adjust to these different sabotages. And what do you get if you're the best? You get all cold hard cash."

Brian Malarkey's Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out kitchen tour ended with him showing the money, which the winner would take home.
