24 in 24: Last Chef Standing season 2 episodes 6 and 7 aired on Food Network last night on May 18, 2025. The episodes were titled "Teamwork" and "Risk Taking" respectively.

The challenges were designed so that the chefs would have to go out of their comfort zone to cook and later win. The first one was a soup and sandwich round, in which the contestants were divided into two groups. Bryan and Gabe were the captains of each group.

They were required to start with the preparation and cooking as a team member joining them after every seven minutes. The prize? $2400 for every chef and a ticket to the next round. The punishment? Another challenge called 'Best of 3.'

With the soup challenge, the teams also had to select a style for their cuisine. It would either be sour, nutty, or smoky. The second two were a special ingredient to be used in their dish. It could be preserved lemons, anchovies, or unsweetened baking chocolate.

The equipment selection was handed to Kevin or Kelsey, where they had to pick between ISI canister, a spiralizer, or a vacuum sealer. Kevin took the spiralizer for his team while Kelsey went away with the ISI canister.
