Cassie Ventura's first post since postpartum and trial in Diddy's case

Cassie Ventura, the singer of "Let's Get Crazy" and "Paradise," made a comeback on social media. He reposted a hilarious video on her Instagram story, hinting that she is feeling more like herself since postpartum.

Ventura was heavily pregnant when she was testifying in Diddy's trial. She was also the star witness of the prosecutors and had given a long and emotional testimony to the court. Cassie filed a federal civil suit against Combs, citing rape, sex trafficking, physical abuse, and coercion in November 2023. However, the lawsuit was then settled within 24 hours.

During her testimony in court, Ventura said that Combs had manipulated nearly every aspect of her life, from her appearance to her career decisions. She had also spoken in detail about the freak-offs and said that Combs forced her to participate in drug-fueled sexual encounters with male escorts. She had also explained to the court how the freak-offs would last for days and involved heavy drug use, humiliation, and fear, and became almost routine.

Ventura's husband, Alex, had also supported her during the trial phase. According to People, Alex had stated after the first week of trial in Cassie's defense. He had said:

"I have felt so many things sitting there. I have felt tremendous pride and overwhelming love for Cass. I have felt profound anger that she has been subjected to sitting in front of a person who tried to break her.''

He also added that it was Ventura who saved herself and not him.

Ventura married Alex in 2019, and since then, the two have had three children together.
