The Streamer Awards 2025: Complete list of winners and nominees explored

The Streamer Awards have officially returned for its 2025 edition. The ceremony was held on December 6, 2025, at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles, California. The show was broadcast live at 3 pm PT (December 7, 2025, for GMT+5:30 viewers).

The Streamer Awards once again credited fans with the majority of the voting process. Results were decided through a combination of 70% fan votes and 30% panel decisions.

The Streamer Awards 2025 was hosted by QTCinderella (Blaire) and Maya Higa. The show featured live performances from indie band Good Kid, VTuber Ironmouse with MarcoMeatball, and American R&B artist Ty Dolla $ign.

Kai Cenat led in nominations and took home multiple awards at the 2025 Streamer Awards. However, he did not bag the title he had held before because IShowSpeed earned the top honor: Streamer of the Year. His acceptance speech was as follows:

"Thank y'all so much. You know, I started this five years ago when I was 15, and now I am 20 now, so... and I fell in love with this when I was at a very young age, and I just love it. I really love streaming, you know, and I am gonna keep it going. I still got a lot of gas in the tank. You know, next year is gonna be a hell of a crazy year as well, and it's gonna be more crazy s**t. I love y'all so much. I appreciate everybody. Y'all already know."

Speed also won Best IRL Streamer at The Streamer Awards 2025. On the other hand, TheBurntPeanut ended Ironmouse's three-year streak in the Best VTuber category. In his speech, he said:

"I am honored to accept this Best VTuber of the Year award... big shout-out to QTCinderella for putting on this immaculate award ceremony as well as a shout-out to the Peanut team… Obviously, the largest shout-out to the Bungulators, you guys are the best."

An official description on The Streamer Awards' official website reads:

"The Streamer Awards is an annual awards show that celebrates achievements in the live-streaming industry over the past year. As the first ever streamer-oriented awards show, we aim to recognize the best that live streaming platforms have to offer, as they continue to grow in popularity and change how people consume entertainment. We aim to honor individuals and groups who have not only worked hard to create great content for their viewers but, more importantly, have fostered entire communities that span the globe. To do this, we try to have a pulse on the community to showcase a diverse set of award categories that include a variety of games, types of content and communities."

It continues:

"So why should you care about this? Because it's you, the same viewers who watch and support these content creators, who will decide the nominees and winners of the awards.
