Diddy has been making headlines again as a new lawsuit has been filed against him. This lawsuit also involves the Crazy in Love singer, Beyoncé, and her husband, Jay-Z.

The lawsuit was filed by Joseph Manzaro; he claimed that he was d*gged and s*xually assaulted during a party in Florida in 2015. This party had celebrities like Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

However, Jay-Z and Beyoncé's lawyer has dismissed the claims made by Joseph. He said that Jay-Z was not present at that event in Florida. He also said,

''This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our 'justice' system."

Jay Z's lawyer denies claims in Diddy's lawsuit

Diddy has been facing allegations and lawsuits since 2023, and in recent news, there has been a new lawsuit filed against him by Joseph Manzaro.

In the lawsuit, Joseph claimed that he was dr*ugged, and then taken to a mansion in Miami. The mansion was owned by Emilio Estefan and his wife, Gloria, and they were hosting a party for Diddy's son, Christian "King" Combs. The event described here was the party that happened in 2015.

Joseph then said that once he was in the mansion, he saw Gloria and Emilio. He said that he also saw LeBron James, the NBA basketball player, in the hallway. He also mentioned that Adria English, who is also named as a defendant in the suit, took Joseph to Diddy's mansion via a tunnel.

He then claimed that once he gained a little consciousness he was in a half-n*ked situation with a s*x toy strapped on his face, and in the same room there were Jay-Z and Beyoncé, who asked why he was there.

Joseph then went on to claim that it was Diddy who wanted him to be paraded in the party, degraded, st*ipped, and dressed in a thong. The suit also said that Joseph was pushed into non-consensual acts at the party.

It should be noted that Jay-Z and Beyoncé are not the defendants in the case, but their names are mentioned as witnesses in the claims made by Joseph. However, Jay-Z's lawyer, Alex Spiro, denied the claims. He said,

''Mr. Carter wasn't in Florida at that time to witness this incident—he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our 'justice' system."

Furthermore, a spokesperson for Gloria and Emilio also said that they deny the claims made, as the mansion mentioned in the suit was their family home and there were no parties thrown there between 2012 and 2019.

Diddy has been facing lawsuits since 2023, when Cassie, his ex-girlfriend, filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023 and accused him of r*pe, violence, and abuse.
