Ca$h Out's sex trafficking trial reportedly started on June 11, with multiple charges being levied against the rapper, including sexual assault and allegedly luring women into "prostitution." Other defendants in the trial include Tyrone Taylor and Gibson's mother, Linda Smith (or Mama Ca$h Out).

According to Atlanta First News, another victim stepped onto the stand for cross-examination and provided shocking testimony. She alleged that Taylor and Gibson had r*ped and forced her into prostitution. She testified that she had initially met Taylor to ask for a bus fare and later acknowledged providing her phone number.

She explained that it was on the pretext of Taylor allegedly promising her to find a place for "her to live." The witness was reportedly asked if she had any opportunities for "escape" and if she had reached out to legal authorities at the time.

Per the indictment, the defendants reportedly used their record label, Pyrez Music Group, to force "young women" into "commercial sexual activity." In exchange, the women were allegedly promised personal benefits. According to Atlanta news, defense attorneys have denied the claims.

Atlanta rapper John Gibson, his mother, and brother are facing several charges (up to 13 counts) in the sex trafficking trial. The jurors have reportedly heard testimony from various witnesses, including two victims who have alleged being lured into "prostitution" in exchange for financial and personal benefits.
