MrBeast has done yet another bizarre challenge where he compared professional humans vs. advanced robots. The internet reacted to it with humour and curiosity as they questioned, "are you going to pay the robot?"
YouTuber MrBeast did yet another challenge that left the internet stunned. In his new video, he decided to challenge robots and humans with high stakes competitions. In his post, he mentioned,
"We tested if robots have overtaken humans as the top species with these experiments. World’s fastest man vs world’s fastest robot. World’s strongest man vs giant mech. F1 Driver vs an AI driven race car. Golf Robot, Baseball Robot, etc. all in our new video!"
Creating different scenarios to test the extent of the contest. The challenges range from the World's strongest and fastest to something along the lines of whether a human can hit a ball pitched by a robot.
Fans react to MrBeast's challenge
Fans had mixed reactions to the entire concept, and it raised a lot of questions on the internet. While some seemed just as curious as MrBeast, others questioned the need for such a show and the bizarreness of how the same machines that are being tested can replace humans.
One joked,
"Robots might be faster or stronger, but try getting one to understand sarcasm or family drama. Humans still win"
While another said,
"These experiments show the importance of engineering versus biology in a clear way. Robots win on raw metrics but humans adapt and innovate faster under pressure. Humans still hold an advantage in unpredictable environments and complex problem solving."
One user expressed,
"Stuff like this hits different because it makes the future feel real, not theoretical. A robot lining up next to a sprinter isn’t sci-fi anymore. It’s just Tuesday. But the moment the race starts, you remember why people still matter. We break, we adapt, we try again. Machines evolve through updates; humans evolve through struggle. And that difference still counts for something, even in a world where the competition isn’t just other people anymore."
While another mused,
"Wild how this era feels like a crossover episode between the future we imagined as kids and the one that actually showed up. Humans on one lane, machines on the other, both chasing the same finish line. There’s something oddly poetic about watching a robot move with precision while a human still runs with heart. Makes you wonder if the real race isn’t about speed but about what part of us can’t be replaced, no matter how advanced the tech gets."
This all comes in heed of the second season of MrBeast's show, Beast Games, inspired by the global sensation Korean drama Squid Games but with real people. The show is set to release on Prime Video on January 7, 2026. The show has garnered 100 of the planet’s strongest competitors and 100 of the world’s smartest minds for the concept of “Strong vs. Smart”, where the winner will take home a $5,000,000 prize.
