On January 9, GQ Korea dropped the new covers for their upcoming February edition featuring BTS' Taehyung as their face of the month. The magazine released a total of six covers for the next month’s issue. GQ Korea’s photoshoot has been done in collaboration with high-end jewelry label, Cartier. BTS’ Taehyung posed wearing Cartier jewelry pieces for the shoot.

The caption of GQ Korea’s latest post read:

“'V' has a lot of stories. Two lines in the forest divide the continent. These lines exist without parallel, nor erasing each other. Angles that meet at one point when we fall in our own direction. At an angle called V we reopen the brain. Introducing Kim, the main character of the February issue of <Gyell> Korea.”

The Rainy Days idol was styled by Kim Ye Jin and his makeup was done by An Sung Hee. Fans of V swooned over his latest cover shoot for GQ Korea. Therefore, his followers filled the media platforms with their praises for the singer. One of them called Kim Taehyung as a revolution for male idols.

Kim Taehyung graced Vogue Japan cover for January

V kickstarted the new year by gracing Vogue Japan magazine issue for January this year. Last year, BTS' Taehyung took over cover of W Korea for September month. Taehyung has been one of the most active BTS team member since his military discharge in June.

Kim Taehyung also bagged ambassadorships from two beauty labels around the same time. BTS' Taehyung became ambassadors for YUNTH and TIRTIR.

For those unaware, V became global ambassador for Cartier in 2023.
