Kai Cenat’s Twitch and YouTube accounts have been hacked!
The incident took place on April 3, 2025, when news of his account being compromised started trending on social media platforms, including X. According to a post shared by an X user, @FearedBuck, the hacker changed the display image to a "Sava" logo and temporarily changed the username to “Savawuzhere.” They also added a Discord link to the banner.
The streamer reportedly has over 16 million followers on Twitch and 12.4 million followers on his YouTube account. After his account was hacked, a few users on X began flooding the platform with screenshots of Cenat’s financial information leaked by the hacker.
A user named @Kick_Champ shared the information in a post, and wrote:
“Kai Cenat's hacker just LEAKED his revenue and expenses.”
The post contained his alleged financial expenses and the revenue generated under the title Kai Cenat LLC Profit and Loss. February 2025. As per the screenshot, the streamer’s gross profit for two months, i.e., from January 2025 till February 2025, added up to be $4,199,677. However, it is not clear if the information is verified or not.

On the night of April 2, 2025, when Kai Cenat was streaming live, clips from his account immediately disappeared. A message appeared:

A similar thing happened with his YouTube account, which was left with only six short clips. The description featured a warning from the alleged hacker, which said:
“This is what you get for suspending my old Discord, Mr. Cenat”

Just two days before his account got hacked, he faced controversy where his fans demanded him to be banned. The New York-based influencer decided to stream while driving. He then picked up his phone and started chatting with someone as he zoomed through traffic. The incident sparked huge backlash from his fans, who blamed him for "promoting bad, illegal, and dangerous behavior."
According to a report in XXL magazine, Cenat is a popular streamer where he has been active since 2021. He has now become one of the biggest names among streamers. He reportedly broke records of popular streamers like Ludwig and Ninja in 2023. He won Streamer of the Year at the 2023 Streamy Awards, as reported by People Magazine. He said during his acceptance speech,
"Man, if you was to tell me I'll be winning this back-to-back years in a row a few years ago, I would have laughed and not even believed you. Netizens have shown mixed reactions to Kai Cenat’s alleged monthly finances being leaked on April 3, 2025, following his taking over his Twitch and YouTube accounts. While some were amused on seeing the massive figure, others were of a different opinion.

According to a report in HipHopVibe, following the hacking incident, the platform (Twitch) disabled Cenat’s account to contain the damage.
