Sean 'Diddy' Combs' federal sex trafficking trial has now entered its third week at Manhattan federal court. The trial officially began on May 5, with opening statements delivered a week later on May 12.

As the trial continues, the attorneys are presenting new evidence to strengthen their case. Amidst this, new photos of drugs, baby oil, and other extreme items have emerged to support the statements against Diddy.

On May 16, HSI Special Agent Yasin Binda testified in court. According to her statement, her team discovered baby oil, various medicines, lubricants, and a tool believed to be used for soft lighting. These pieces of evidence were presented to the jury, which found the drug positive for MDMA and ketamine, confirming the presence of illegal substances.

Items found in Diddy's hotel room following his arrest

Diddy was arrested in September 2024 at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan. According to the evidence presented in court, here is the complete list of items found by Homeland Security Investigations after his arrest:

  • A plastic bag with bottles of Johnson & Johnson baby oil.
  • A Louis Vuitton bag with clonazepam prescribed to Combs’ alias, Frank Black (used for anxiety, seizures, and panic disorders).
  • A waist bag having $9,000 in cash.
  • Two bottles of lubricant in the right nightstand drawer.
  • Five bottles of baby oil and lubricant in the bathtub
  • Cell phones belonging to Combs and Kristina "KK" Khorram, who is described as his close assistant.
  • A bottle of medication in the left nightstand with two plastic bags of pink powder. One tested positive for ketamine, the other for a mix of MDMA and ketamine.

Last week, during the trial, Diddy's lawyer also referenced his 2012 painkiller overdose. His ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, reported that she took him to the hospital after he consumed a strong drug and overdosed. During cross-examination, Ventura acknowledged that she had struggled with drug addiction. However, according to her statement, she has been sober since rehab in 2023.

Earlier, following the rapper’s arrest in New York City, Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, addressed the reports regarding a significant amount of baby oil being discovered. In a statement given to TMZ in September, he said,

"I don't know where the number 1,000 came from. I can't imagine it's thousands."

When told the number came from a federal document, Agnifilo said he wasn’t sure what the baby oil had to do with anything.

Diddy's trial jury is made up of twelve jurors: eight men and four women.
