The Jonas Brothers have fans confused over their latest reference to Camp Rock.

The band shared a new video on social media, from the set of the third installment of the iconic Disney Channel movie. The video has already made its way to X, and fans are now confused. Scores online are excited at the prospect of something new, while others are lamenting the lack of a clearer hint.

Here's how one user reacted, for instance:

"What are they teasing?"

As is customary, the comments online didn't end there:

"wait, there’s a camp rock 3????" one user questioned.
"i’m sorry but without demi there’s no camp rock," someone else opined, referring to Demi Lovato, the lead in the first two installments.
"OMGGGG I’M SO EXCITED," another fan exclaimed.
"WOW. The Jonas Brothers back on the Camp Rock 3 set is HUGE. Nostalgia + new era incoming," a fourth user remarked.

See how the rest of X is reacting:

"If Demi Lovato isn’t in the movie we don’t want it," one user remarked.
"They need to stop beating this horse. It’s been dead too long," another naysayer penned.
"woah, this is insane," someone else opined.
"I’m so confused because when was camp rock ever about the Jonas brothers??? Was this not Demi’s movie. Where is she??" yet another questioned.

Users were divided, with many noting that the movie would not be the same without its original leading actress.

Everything we know about the third installment of the Jonas Brothers' Camp Rock:

As of this writing, it is unclear if the third installment of Camp Rock is in the works. However, fans have been speculating about the same since the brothers invited Demi Lovato on stage with them during the opening night of their Greetings from My Hometown tour just last month.

The rumors intensified with the release of their new video, where the brothers can be seen lip-syncing to one of their most iconic dialogues from the first movie. Furthermore, several outlets have reported that the Jonas Brothers were spotted filming at Barnet Marine Park in Burnaby, Vancouver.

Per Life and Style Magazine, the city of Burnaby has issued a press release that reads as follows:

“Bear Claw Productions Ltd will be filming at the picnic area of Barnet Marine Park from August 18 to October 27. During this period, visitors may experience temporary disruptions or restricted access in certain areas of the park."

The first Camp Rock movie came out in 2008, and the sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, debuted in 2010.
