Swedish rock band Ghost have officially opened their Skeletour World Tour. It kicked off in Manchester on April 15, 2025. The band opened the show with the premiere of Peacefield, an unreleased track from their upcoming album, Skeletá.
The show was their first live performance since 2023, and the first appearance of the band with Papa V Perpetua, the latest incarnation of frontman Tobias Forge. The band has planned this trek to accompany their sixth studio album, Skeletá, which is officially set to drop on April 25, 2025, via Loma Vista Recordings.
NME reports that Ghost performed at the AO Arena in front of 23,000 fans. They introduced new songs and deep cuts that were featured in the tour setlist. Skeletour World Tour's global run has stops scheduled across the U.K., Europe, North America, and Mexico.

The show opened with the premiere of Peacefield, an unreleased track from Skeletá. Next up was the live debut of Lachryma, the band's latest single. This was released on April 11, 2025.
Ghost delivered two more live debuts from the upcoming record: Satanized, the album's lead single, and Umbra. The band also revisited relatively lesser-played songs from earlier records, such as Spirit, Majesty, and Monstrance Clock. Devil Church, from 2015's Meliora, also made a comeback, reports suggest.
Two other songs saw their live debut. The first one is The Future Is a Foreign Land. It was originally released as part of the band's 2024 concert film Rite Here Rite Now. Another was Darkness At the Heart of My Love, which is a deep cut from Impera.

However, it is worth noting that Impera was mostly left aside. It only had a few inclusions.
The Skeletour continues across the UK with shows in Glasgow (April 16), London's O2 Arena (April 19), and Birmingham (April 20). Then, they are scheduled to head into mainland Europe and eventually North America.
The tour is scheduled to run through September 25, 2025, with the final stop in Mexico City at the Palacio De Los Deportes.
Skeletá's release is scheduled for April 25, 2025.
