Much to the delight of her fans, Madison Beer reveals Hampstead to be her favourite track from Ariana Grande's new album. Fan react to her choice by saying:

According to Popbase, singer Madison Beer claims that Hampstead is her favourite song from the deluxe version of Ariana Grande's album Eternal Sunshine: Brighter Days Ahead, which came out this past Friday accompanied by a short film, 26 minutes and 11 seconds to be exact, inspired by the concept of memory wiping, a concept originating from her 2024 music video We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love).
The deluxe edition of the album includes these tracks, along with an extended introduction and the Make You Mine singer's favorite Hampstead:

- Warm
- Dandelion
- Past Life
- Hampstead
The song has multiple theories floating around it, the most common being that the Boy is Mine singer wrote it about Her and Ethan Slater’s Love Story. In the song, she addresses the controversial relationship between the two and sends people the message that they know very little about her life and her relationship.
In the song lyrics she claims:
I left my heart at a pub in Hampstead / And I misplaced my mind in a good way / Threw away my reputation but saved us more heartache / Yes, I know it seems f*cked up, and you’re right / But quite frankly you’re still wrong about everything / So far off, your seat’s nowhere near the table / But I find something sweet in your peculiar behavior / ’Cause I think to be so dumb must be nice.
Referring to the many times she's had to defend her relationship ever since its official news in July 2023. Hampstead refers to the time the pop star spent in London while shooting Wicked, which also starred her beau Ethan.
