The song has now become the platform's most-streamed song in a single week, Spotify said in a Thursday, October 9 announcement. However, they failed to get into the specifics of total streams.

The songstress is also the most-streamed artist in Spotify's history, and she previously broke the single-day streaming record with the debut of her albums Midnights (2022) and The Tortured Poets Department (2024).

Billboard has reported that Taylor Swift, who is currently promoting her new album, sat down for an interview on Wednesday night, October 8, on Late Night with Seth Meyers. The episode marks her first appearance on the show in five years.

During the episode, Taylor Swift told Meyers that the Life of a Showgirl roll-out has “absolutely been my favorite one,” claiming it has been the “most joyful” promo run, ever, for her. She also shared that her mother, father, and brother were all with her on the global press tour.
