Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade welcomes her first child with her husband Evan McClintock, making the rapper a grandfather.

The real Slim Shady, aka Eminem, just became a grandfather as his daughter welcomed a baby boy, Elliot Marshal McClintock. Hailie honored her dad, naming him Marshall after the rapper whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, making the baby's initials EM&M.

Hailie announced the birth through a cute Instagram post with the caption, “happy due date//3 weeks earthside little e.”

This comes after the rapper announced his daughter's pregnancy through his emotional and heartfelt music video, "Temporary," last October. In the MV, there was footage of Hailie giving her father a Detroit Lions jersey with the word “grandpa” embroidered on the back. There are also clips of home videos of Hailie as a child with Eminem.

The 52-year-old rapper has 3 kids with his ex-wife, Kim Scott -- Hailie Jade Scott, Alaina Scott, and Stevie Laine Scott. Given the rapper's bad boy demeanor and bold music, it might be hard to see him as a big old softie; however, the Love the Way You Lie singer has often showcased how much he is devoted to being a father.

"Bein' a dad is definitely living a double life. Even before Hailie was born, I was a firm believer in freedom of speech ... But once I hit them gates where I live, that's when I'm Dad."

He continued talking in a 2004 interview,

"Takin' the kids to school, pickin' 'em up, teachin' 'em rules. I'm not sayin' I'm the perfect father, but the most important thing is to be there for my kids and raise them the right way."

The musician has also made it a point to mention his children in his music. He has mentioned Hailie, 29, in quite a few songs, including his new song Temporary.

"Yeah, so Hailie Jade, I wrote you this song / To help you cope with life now that I'm gone / How should I start? Just wanna say / Look after Alaina, Stevie, and Uncle Nate"

While his daughter Alaina, 32, was mentioned in his famous song Mockingbird,

"Lainey, uncle's crazy ain't he? / Yeah, but he loves you, girl and you better know it / We're all we got in this world."

Stevie Laine Scott, his youngest daughter, whom Kim had with her partner Eric before her and Eminem's second marriage, was referenced in "Going Through Changes as well as " Temporary". The rapper legally adopted them in 2005.

In a 2010 interview, Mathers also said,

"I love them so much and they've helped me through so many thing"
