General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn reveals why GH is the show to watch right now

Call General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays Alexis Davis, biased, if you will, but she feels that Port Charles is the place to be these days. The actress recently came forward with all the reasons TV viewers need to check out the ABC soap opera.

"There has never been a better reason to watch General Hospital," Grahn shared on the social platform @threads. "It's harmless, consistent. and reliable. Its budget is way modest for TV, employs 250 awesome people, everyone is kind and appreciative, and our audiences are generational, lovely folk.

"In our current climate, where so many are struggling, we are so grateful to be in a safe, moderate space in what appears to be an imbalanced, precarious, and vulnerable world," continues Grahn, who won the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Alexis earlier this month.
