Here is your General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was able to work her magic and get Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) released on bail, so now Chase (Josh Swickard) doesn't have to visit her at Pentonville anymore. However, Drew (Cameron Mathison) might cause trouble for her, as he causes trouble for everyone else.
Drew puts the screws to Alexis once again and threatens to take away her access to Scout (Cosette Abinante) if Alexis doesn't do exactly what he wants. However, Alexis is not willing to railroad Michael (Rory Gibson) when there could be other culprits. Alexis warns Drew that if he doesn't let her do things her way, it could cost Willow her freedom. Will Drew finally relent and let Alexis do her job, or is his need to see Michael in jail that strong?
Willow goes after Michael

Not to be outdone by Drew, Willow practically risks her own freedom when she confronts Michael at the Metro Court Gardens. While she is thrilled to be reunited with her son, she can't believe that Michael is with Jacinda (Paige Herschell). It looks like a family scene with a call girl, but Michael doesn't seem to care.
When Michael pulls Willow aside to talk, she gets right in his face and tells her ex-husband that she knows he planted the gun in her room at Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) house. As always, Dark Michael doesn't even flinch.
A mayoral mess

It's time for the big mayoral debate, which was supposed to be the cover for Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) breaking into Dalton's (Daniel Goddard) lab. With former mayor Ned (Wally Kurth) in the hospital after a severe heart attack, Gio doesn't want to leave his grandfather, so Rocco (Finn Carr), Charlotte (Bluesy Burke), and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) decide to take things into their own hands.
While Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) worry for Ned at General Hospital, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) decompresses with Jason (Steve Burton) at Bobbie's, with none of them having any idea what the high school kids plan to get themselves into. Even at the debate, Laura (Genie Francis) tells Marty (Michael E. Knight) that she is worried for Rocco. Things are about to get very complicated, and the WSB might have to step in.
