General Hospital Spoilers, December 16: Will Drew's outburst cost Willow everything?

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

It's the night before Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) trial, so she and Drew (Cameron Mathison) have to go out to eat at the Metro Court Gardens, of course. You always want to go to a restaurant your former mother-in-law owns the night before standing trial for trying to kill your current husband, who was also your former mother-in-law's lover (and your mother's lover).

While there, Willow and Drew have a testy run-in with Michael (Rory Gibson) that leaves everyone reeling. Drew is as hyped up as ever, saying all the nasty things he can, while Michael does his best to keep his cool. However, Drew seems completely out of control as he angrily tells Willow they are going to win this case no matter what.

Meanwhile, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) asks Michael if she thinks he would still be with Willow if Drew weren't in the picture.

Charlotte's confession

Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) seems to think that if she just stays put, then her dad will come for her and they will be together again. She is sure that he broke out of prison just to find her and go on the run again.

Lulu (Alexa Havins) can tell that her daughter is hiding something, so she asks Charlotte if she has heard from Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Charlotte admits that she found a key with a blue ribbon, which was meant to tell her that Valentin is okay and she just has to wait for him.

Dante's sons

Rocco (Finn Carr) might have gotten off with 500 hours of community service, but that doesn't mean he is now happy with his dad. In fact, he issues Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) an ultimatum. Does it have anything to do with Gio (Giovanni Mazza)?

Dante and Gio do end up talking, as Gio takes Emma's (Braedyn Bruner) advice and reaches out to the father he barely knows. Gio wants to make amends in the same way that he made amends with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Dante is a little gunshy about things and asks Gio what a relationship between them would look like.
