Luke walks into Lucky's hospital room and tells Lulu she's not going to live with Nikolas because she's coming home with him. Lulu says she won't live with him just because he doesn't want her to live with Nikolas and storms out. Liz follows and tries to explain to her that Luke hid his feelings from her because it hurt too badly. She reminded him of her mother, Laura. He tried to protect her and couldn't. Luke walks in and tries to convince Lulu that she's coming home with him. She tells him she no longer cares and won't live with him. She storms back into Lucky's hospital room, and Luke tells Liz he had no idea he was hurting his little girl. He thought all along that he was doing what was best for her by staying away. Liz tells him he needs to tell all this to Lulu, not her. Nikolas tells Lulu she can't come back to Wyndemere with him and accuses Lucky of having a hand in Nikolas's change of heart. She tells him her father should be the one telling her he loves her, not Lucky telling her. Luke walks in and admits that he does love her. Lulu is stunned that Luke would tell her he loves her. Luke knows that he will have to prove it to her, but asks her to come live with him. She agrees to think about it.
Courtney tries to make Jax understand that she no longer loves him and wants to be with Nikolas. Jax is deeply hurt and storms out, after telling her to pay attention to what she's taking away from their child when she goes out and sees other couples with their children. Courtney tells him it won't benefit their child to be together in a loveless home. She goes to Wyndemere to see Nikolas, and Helena finds her instead and tells her Nikolas has no need for her now that she's pregnant with another man's child. Courtney tells Helena that she and Nikolas are still very much a couple, and Helena vows to change that.
Jason starts to have a violent reaction to Robin's medication, a stronger reaction than Robin has seen before. Sam is very upset and asks for a guarantee from Robin that they won't lose Jason, but Robin can't promise that. Jason wakes up and asks for water and for the restraints to be removed. Sam tells him she can't do that, so he asks for her to do whatever possible to keep him awake. Sam agrees, but he falls back asleep before she can do anything about it.
Sonny comes home to find Carly with the boys. They tuck the boys in and go downstairs. Carly tries to convince Sonny that she's been released permanently and wants him to make her dinner. Sonny calls her bluff and tells her he knows she's lying. He tells her they are over and she needs to go back to Rose Lawn. She gets upset and tells him Reese is trying to get Sonny back, and Sonny tells her that Reese is dead. They shout and wake Michael up, who comes downstairs and tells his dad to leave his mom alone. Carly hugs him and tells him that Sonny helped her realize that she came home too soon. Michael doesn't want his mom to go, but Sonny tells him they need to make their mom's decision as easy as possible on her.

Courtney awakens to find Helena standing over her bed. Ric begins making the arrangements for Reese's memorial service and is gratified when Alexis offers to help. Dillon voices a concern that the wrong man has been convicted in the campus stalker case. Meanwhile, Lorenzo accosts his son after learning how Diego has been cutting most of his classes. Emily tells her pleased parents she's decided to spend Thanksgiving with them instead of Sonny. Alexis promises Ric they can build a happy life together with their daughters. Though Nikolas angrily orders his grandmother to vamoose, Helena reminds him how foolish it is to keep Courtney around when she's incapable of producing a Cassadine heir for at least another year. An outraged Sam threatens to remove Jason from the torturous drug protocol unless Robin can guarantee that her treatment will be successful. Insisting that college is unnecessary, Diego again presses Lorenzo to take him into the family business for some on-the-job training. Monica and Alan urge a guilt-ridden Emily to stop blaming herself for Reese's death. Nikolas cajoles Courtney to go away with him to a relaxing island paradise for the duration of her pregnancy. Lainey advises Emily to think twice before taking a sabbatical from med school. Helena offers to help Jax separate his estranged wife from Nikolas. Jason awakens and tells an anguished Sam he wants to be put back on the medication. Emily overreacts after Dillon suffers a small bump on the head when his car is rear-ended. Courtney explains to Nikolas why she'd rather stay close to family, friends and Dr. Meadows for the next several months. Robin fills Alan and Monica in on their son's condition before proceeding with Jason's protocol over Sam's frantic objections. Brook discovers incriminating photos in Diego's camera bag. Jax cautions Courtney that Helena is hunting for an ally. Diego corners a trembling Brook. Sam fears for Jason's life as violent memories cause another critical setback. Helena chloroforms Courtney and throws her off the pier.

As Helena watches from her hiding place, Jax pulls Courtney from the water and frantically administers CPR. In the dorm, Diego informs an incensed Brook that it was always about payback for Sage. Robin struggles to restore Jason's vital signs after he goes into cardiac arrest. Sonny pays his last respects to Reese before the other mourners arrive for the memorial service. Ric arranges a Thanksgiving celebration in Alexis' hospital room for baby Molly and her grateful parents. At Rose Lawn, Lainey reminds Carly why she has to create a life for herself without constantly obsessing about her ex-husband. Durant snipes at Sonny for destroying yet another good woman with his toxic lifestyle. After stabilizing Jason, Robin tells a fuming Sam that her boyfriend needs to finish his treatment but Monica insists that the drugs be discontinued at once. When Lorenzo walks in on a tense encounter between his son and Brook, Diego confesses to being the campus stalker but tries to justify his actions to his appalled father. Carly asks John to spring her from the sanitarium. At the hospital, Nikolas and Jax hover near Courtney as she frets about suffering a second miscarriage. Lorenzo orders Diego to turn himself in to the police. John hints to his agitated daughter that Sonny and Emily have become more than friends. Dr. Meadows advises Courtney to avoid all stress for the duration of her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Nikolas takes steps to defang his grandmother. Molly is baptized as Alexis, Ric and Kristina look on. Carly confronts Emily with her suspicions. Dreaming about their earlier romance, Jason pulls Robin into a kiss just as Sam and Sonny walk in.
