On General Hospital, Dr. Isaiah Gannon has learned that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is pregnant and that he could be the father.

While Isaiah is adjusting to the shock of possibly having a child, his portrayer, Sawandi Wilson, is enjoying a special milestone of his own on the show.

Wilson celebrated his 100th episode on the show this week. He commemorated the milestone on his Instagram account.

He posted a video of himself walking around the General Hospital studio, wearing his doctor’s coat and scrubs. He walked outside the studio by the iconic General Hospital sign, and also inside the building, strolling by some of the sets and outside dressing rooms. He talked about some of the things he has learned while filming 100 episodes.

He captioned the post with similar thoughts to what he said in the video. Wilson said: “Thank you, GH friends & fam. Shooting 100 episodes is a massive milestone for me, and none of it would be possible without you all. Here are 3 things I learned along the way. 1. Gratitude, 2. Do the work/Always do your best. Especially when it stretches you, 3. Be prepared. Scripts change, blocking change, something always changes. Be like water, adapt. Bonus: Have fun. Relax and breathe. (probably should’ve been No. 1) That’s where the magic lives.”

The Instagram user semajdebose said, “Congratulations and looking forward to more of Portia and Isaiah dynamic on screen. Another fan, jillianakajill, said, “For me, you fit in from episode one! Love at first sight!” Another fan, ngnewton1953, said, “You’re definitely a great addition! Liked your character from day 1!!! I have a feeling things are about to heat up!!!”

Things will definitely heat up for Isaiah now that he knows Portia is pregnant and she gets closer to being able to have a paternity test done to see if either he or Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is the baby daddy.

While Isaiah is offering to take care of Portia after her recent health scare, he met Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and immediately took a dislike to him after he saw Brad causing Portia stress in her hospital bed. Isaiah strongly defended his girlfriend from Brad, which could lead to him finding himself in the crosshairs of the corrupt and conniving former General Hospital lab technician. With another paternity test on the horizon, who knows what trouble Brad could cause this time.

Either way, whether Isaiah is the father or not, Wilson will have plenty of juicy stuff to play. And no doubt he will show more gratitude for his opportunities.
