Felicia and Holly met up at the Port Charles Grille for dinner. Holly had been browsing through a magazine and came across a Deception ad. Felicia pointed out that the man in the ad was Mac's long-lost son, Cody. Holly was impressed. Felicia offered to invite Holly over for dinner to meet Cody.
Felicia filled Holly in on the Cody saga and how Cody had saved James's life, solidifying Mac and Cody's father-son relationship. Holly seemed surprised to learn that Sasha Corbin was Cody's girlfriend, and she stared back at the Deception ad. Holly seemed unnerved by everything Felicia told her about Sasha. She was intrigued that this woman had quit modeling to work as the Quartermaine cook and was dating a man who was good with horses and children.
Holly noted that Felicia had described Cody as a con man, and she wondered how Felicia was sure that Cody was not pulling a con now. Felicia said she hadn't been sure at first, but she had grown to trust Cody and was sure that Cody was indeed a Scorpio.
At Robert's office, Diane told Robert she had to leave for a meeting with a judge. Mac walked in before Diane left and asked to talk to Robert privately. Before walking away, Diane said she was looking forward to dinner and dessert. Robert assured Mac he didn't have to worry about Holly, pointing out the "gorgeous redhead" who'd just left.

"She is the only woman I really want to be with," Robert said. Mac was glad to hear it but still feared Robert being drawn to Holly. Mac pointed out that Holly was still a con who kept secrets. "When you've been in the business as long as the two of us have been, you know when someone's lying. You can feel it," Mac said.
After Mac left, Diane returned and asked what Mac had wanted. Robert told her Mac was sure he was still hung up on Holly. Diane asked if Mac was correct, but Robert said no. "Holly's my past. You are my future and my present," Robert said as he went in for a kiss.
In the Quartermaine living room, Sasha overheard Michael on the phone, talking about supporting the New Tomorrow Institute. When he hung up, she commented on how generous he was. Sasha then went into her pitch for Cody. She told Michael that Cody wanted to buy Serenity and turn it into an animal sanctuary.
Sasha was disappointed when Michael told her that he couldn't help. Sasha was embarrassed that she had even asked. Michael explained that he would have given the money to her, but he didn't feel he knew Cody well enough to invest that sort of money.
After Michael left the room, Tracy walked in, horrified that Sasha had asked Michael for money. Sasha told Tracy that the money was for Cody to buy Serenity and live out his dreams. Sasha admitted that Cody didn't know she had asked Michael to invest. "I knew that me asking Michael was better than the alternative," Sasha said. Tracy asked what the alternative was. "Cody asking you for money," Sasha admitted.
Sasha told Tracy that Cody didn't want Tracy to think he was just another man targeting her for her money. Tracy was not amused by Sasha's intent and reminded Sasha that she needed to remember her place. "Asking my nephew for money was egregiously inappropriate. You are not a guest here; you're an employee...If anything like this ever happens again, you will be seeking employment elsewhere," Tracy said.
Once Sasha was alone, the doorbell rang. Sasha opened it and saw Holly. "What are you doing here, Mother?" a shocked Sasha asked.
Jason arrived at Anna's office, but both were confused as to why he was there. Brennan suddenly walked in and revealed that he had summoned Jason. He had news for Anna and Jason. Sidwell was not among the dead bodies the WSB had found at his compound.
Brennan warned Anna and Jason of the dangers of Sidwell being alive and in hiding, ready to pounce. Jason didn't seem to see the big deal until Brennan told him the pilot Brennan had hired to get them out of Africa had been murdered. Anna was alarmed by the news and tried to reason that it might not have had anything to do with Sidwell.
Brennan had another question for Jason and Anna. "Did either of you bring home a souvenir from your travels?" Brennan asked.
"We barely made it out of Sidwell's compound alive. We certainly didn't have time to grab a couple of knickknacks, if that's what you're talking about," Anna said incredulously. Brennan wondered if Holly might have taken something. Anna admitted they had lost track of Holly before she had pulled up with a vehicle to take them to the airport.
Brennan was concerned that Sidwell would go through Anna and Jason to get to Holly. After all, he had already tracked Isaiah to Port Charles. "I recommend that the two of you keep your eyes open. If Sidwell survived, he has the resources to track down anyone who gets in his way."
At General Hospital, Elizabeth explained to Dante that Lulu was stable, thanks to Isaiah. She had been crashing, but Isaiah had acted fast to help. Portia asked Dante for some privacy with the medical team. Isaiah told Portia he had noticed something off with Lulu's ventilator when he had gone to check on her. He had manually ventilated her, but Portia had a warning: he wasn't on staff at GH, and the hospital could have been sued if things had gone wrong with Lulu.
Jordan then walked off the elevator and was surprised to learn Isaiah might have saved Lulu's life. Isaiah was concerned that Lulu's ventilator had failed, but Portia wanted to investigate what had really happened. Elizabeth was more worried about how much longer Lulu could survive.
Jordan and Isaiah discussed the ventilator situation privately, as well as Isaiah's situation. He had been released from the hospital and wanted to take Jordan for dinner. Jordan happily accepted.
At dinner, Jordan told Isaiah that Lulu would have died without him. Isaiah offered Jordan a little more about his background and revealed that he had once been a transplant surgeon, so he had dealt with patients like Lulu. Jordan was impressed with Isaiah's passion for saving lives.
Sam was stunned to learn she was a match for Lulu. "Are you telling me that all this time that it's been me? I am the one who can save Lulu?" Sam asked. Terry explained that Sam was a confirmed match, but Sam needed more tests to see if she could donate.
Terry said that she was not pressuring Sam and that Sam had to make the decision on whether she wanted to take a risk and save Lulu. As Sam absorbed the information, she anxiously asked Terry to do the secondary tests. However, Sam had a request. "We can't tell Dante," Sam said, surprising Terry.
Terry assured Sam that HIPAA laws prevented her from telling anyone anything about Sam's tests and donor possibility. Sam told Terry that she didn't want Dante and Rocco to know she was a match until she was sure that her liver was viable for donation.
While Sam sat through more tests, a frantic Dante approached Elizabeth at the nurses' station, looking for more details on what had happened to Lulu. Elizabeth assured Dante that everyone was invested in saving Lulu. Dante and Elizabeth went on to discuss how life had never been dull with Lucky and Lulu. "But we both moved on. We found happiness with other people," Elizabeth pointed out. Just then, Elizabeth got a text from Terry telling her Sam's test results were in.
As Dante sat with Lulu and begged her to live for Rocco's sake and his sake, a tearful Sam walked in. "Dante, it's me. I'm the match. I can save Lulu," she said. Dante just looked at her, stunned.
