In the Quartermaine playroom, Willow was horrified when she realized what she had done. She laid on the floor with Drew naked after grief sex and knew she had likely blown up her marriage. Willow had a sick look on her face as she got dressed. Drew told Willow he knew that shouldn't have happened. "I got blindsided by Sam's death," Drew said as an excuse for his behavior.

Willow admitted they were both at fault for their romp on the floor. "There are two of us in the room. We're both responsible for what just happened," Willow said. She insisted that what they did could never happen again. "I love Michael. I don't know what I was thinking," Willow cried.

Drew promised to keep the sex a secret. Willow then said she would go out the back stairs and return through the front so nobody would know she was ever with Drew upstairs. Neither Willow nor Drew noticed she left her earring on the floor.

Brook Lynn offered to be a listening ear for Michael, but he was more concerned with finding Willow. Brook Lynn had no idea where Michael's wife was so the conversation turned to Sam. They still couldn't believe she had died so suddenly. Scout soon ran into the living room looking for Brook Lynn because she had a bad dream. She had tried to find Drew but he wasn't in his room.

When Brook Lynn took Scout to the kitchen for some hot chocolate, Willow snuck in the front door to find Michael standing in the living room. Willow claimed she had turned her phone off and didn't hear him text or call. Drew walked in next. Willow put her arms around him and told Drew she was sorry about Sam.

Scout came rushing into the living room and told Drew she had a bad dream. Drew tried to comfort his daughter and told her it was okay to feel sad. Willow looked on in nervous admiration while Michael looked at Willow suspiciously. Later, when Michael looked at his phone, he found a video of Willow and Drew doing the deed in the playroom on their shared baby monitor app.

When Willow walked into the foyer, Michael quickly hid the phone. Scout asked if Willow could help Drew tuck her in. Michael watched as Willow, Drew, and Scout walked up the stairs looking like a family.

Holly confessed to Robert that she took Sidwell's diamonds when she left Africa. Robert was furious but agreed to do what he could to help her. Holly told Robert that her hotel room had been ransacked. Robert suggested that Holly just give the diamonds back but Holly wasn't about to do that.

Robert asked Holly what she planned to do with the diamonds, but Holly refused to tell him. Holly begged Robert to stop Sidwell from coming after her until her business in Port Charles was complete. Robert was alarmed that Holly was ready to leave town again. "I want to get to know my daughter, and I want you to be part of that," Robert said.

Just then, Anna burst in and gave Robert and Holly the bad news. Sidwell was in Port Charles and had kidnapped Sasha.

Carly went to Brennan's office to tell him that Sasha had just been abducted right out of the Quartermaine kitchen by a man who said to tell Sasha's mother that he wanted his diamonds back. Carly described the man as being tall with a muscular build.

Carly was able to identify Sidwell the moment that Brennan showed her a photo of the criminal. Carly pointed out that Sasha's mother was dead, so what Sidwell said made no sense. Brennan summoned Anna to discuss the situation. Anna was shocked to hear that Sidwell was in Port Charles.

When Carly relayed the story of what happened to Sasha, she was stunned when Anna told her that Holly was Sasha's mother. Anna noted their first priority was getting Sasha to safety. "I think I know where to start," she said.

Portia approached Lucas in the hospital, where he asked if there were any updates on Sam's autopsy. Portia didn't have any answers yet. Brad overheard the conversation but tried to remain out of sight. After Lucas walked away, Portia pulled Isaiah aside to talk.

Portia and Isaiah took their conversation to Portia's office. Isaiah was happy to hear that Lulu was doing well. Portia asked Isaiah if there were any indications that Lucas had made any mistakes during Sam's surgery. Isaiah insisted that Lucas performed the surgery perfectly. Portia admitted she was concerned because Lucas performed surgery on his sister, something that was against protocol.

Isaiah wondered if Portia was looking for real answers or searching for a scapegoat. Portia pointed out that "there was a whole different level of pressure for Dr. Jones when he was in the OR" because he was operating on his sister.

In the lounge, Lucas poured through his notes and searched for information on post-surgery cardiac arrest. After Lucas' shower, he went through his locker and found a photo of him and Sam. As Lucas dressed, Brad quietly walked in.

Dante returned home and heard a key in the door. He instinctively thought it was Sam, but it was Sonny. Dante noted how quiet it was in the penthouse. "This place was full of love and laughter because of Sam. And now it's like deafening silence," Dante said.

Sonny tried telling Dante things would improve, but Dante was too grief-stricken to believe that. "She gave my son a home again. She gave him a mother when he was lost. She treated my kid like he was one of hers. She invited us into her home to be a part of her family. Now that she's gone, what does that mean for my family?" Dante asked.

Sonny advised Dante not to drown in his grief. Dante worried that he wouldn't be enough for Rocco, so Sonny assured him he had the support of his friends and family. Dante went upstairs to shower before Olivia arrived. Sonny gave Olivia an update on their son, telling her that Dante was worried about Sam's kids.

Dante returned downstairs in time for Olivia to offer him a meal, but he said he could not eat. Olivia asked Dante to stay at the Quartermaine house with the kids, but Dante wanted to remain in the penthouse. "Right now, it feels like I am drowning, but I can't see a path forward," Dante said.

Alexis woke from a tear-filled nap on her couch and heard a knock on her door. When she opened it, Curtis was standing there. He told Alexis that he was sorry to hear about Sam. As her AA sponsor, Curtis also wanted to make sure that Alexis was sober. Alexis admitted that she had already considered having a drink "about a thousand times already."

However, Alexis assured him she had no intention of taking a drink. Alexis told Curtis that she had watched Finn drink while grieving and was determined not to make the same mistakes. Alexis explained that she wasn't going to dishonor Sam by using her death as an excuse to drink. "Her memory will keep me sober, and I will consider that her last gift to me," Alexis said.

After Curtis left, Alexis went through old photo albums and broke down in tears. Soon, there was another knock on her door. Sonny was there to give Alexis comfort. "I just want someone to tell me that this isn't true. How could my daughter be dead? How is it possible that this even happened?" Alexis asked.
