The 67th annual Grammy Awards are finally here, with celebrities stunning fans in their glam outfits. While Taylor Swift was seen wearing a red mini dress and Cardi B in a sequined tiger print dress with a long feather train, many celebrities had one thing in common: a pinned light blue heart.

It was first seen on the outfits of Jacob Collier and Jaden Smith and then appeared on Mike Dirnt from Green Day, Kai Cenat, and Brittany Howard as well. The heart is believed to be associated with MusiCares, supporting the LA wildfire relief and spreading awareness for the cause.

Why are celebrities wearing the blue heart at the 67th Grammy Awards?

It's been almost a month since the LA wildfire started, and major brands and celebrities have come in support to help the survivors. Celebrities at the 67th Grammy Awards are taking advantage of the event to create awareness and support the cause by wearing a light blue heart pin on their outfits.

The blue color represents calmness, healing, and hope, which completely aligns with the message of supporting relief efforts. With peace and unity as its symbol, it’s a fitting color to show support for LA wildfire survivors.

The blue heart represents MusiCares fire relief, which gives support to the music community in LA. Launched by the Recording Academy and MusiCares, they’ve donated $1 million to start raising funds.

The small heart comes in a light blue color with a music note symbol on top, representing the music industry. Wearing the pins at the 67th Grammy Awards is a brilliant move by celebrities, as this music award event gives them a bigger platform to get more attention for the cause.

MusiCares has also provided support to music artists during the COVID-19 crisis, the Las Vegas Route 91 shooting, the wildfires in California and Maui, and Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Helene, and Superstorm Sandy. One can go to the MusiCares website to donate and support the artists.
