Why did REVOLVE acquire the fashion house?
REVOLVE sought to break into the luxury fashion sector. Acquiring a majority interest in the Alexandre Vauthier brand afforded it the opportunity to do so. REVOLVE hopes to combine its online shopping experience with luxury fashion. The brand was in financial troubles since 2021.
