BAPE “A SUPER APE” collection debuts at Paris Fashion Week: Everything we know so far 

BAPE “A SUPER APE” collection debuted on January 25, during KidSuper's runway show at Paris Fashion Week. The show, From a Place I Have Never Been, was a collaboration with performance artist Daniel Wurtzel. He introduced the performance art elements to the presentation.

BAPE has partnered with KidSuper, the fashion brand led by designer Colm Dillane. This collaboration is set to launch a new collection, A SUPER APE, which will be out in Spring 2025. More details about pricing and availability will be announced soon.

BAPE “A SUPER APE” collection: What's new?

A SUPER APE is part of the BAPE COLLECTIVE, BAPE's top-level collaboration series. This means KidSuper got special permission to use BAPE's old designs, allowing Colm Dillane to create new versions of their classic styles.

The collection gives a new twist to BAPE’s most famous designs. With Colm Dillane’s creative style, 'A SUPER APE' includes:

The designs mix BAPE’s streetwear style with KidSuper’s creativity, creating a new and fashionable collection.

Colm Dillane on BAPE x KidSuper partnership

Colm Dillane has a deep connection to BAPE. Earlier, he would set up a makeshift screen-printing station near BAPE store drops to sell his designs directly to streetwear fans.

Dillane shared his thoughts on the collaboration:

"I like walking into the unknown—going to places I have never been, trying things I have never done, and fearlessly jumping into the unknown. The outcome is always uncertain—sometimes extraordinary, sometimes a lesson—but it’s always inspiring."

Dillane, who has worked with many brands, designed this collection to connect different cultures and bring brands together.

KidSuper Fall/Winter 2025 runway show

In the famous Halle Charlie Parker in La Villette, Colm Dillane presented a KidSuper Fall/Winter 2025 runway show, featuring creative elements. In collaboration with Daniel Wurtzel, the show showcased fashion, art, and performance.

The runway was flooded with innovative design and fashion with a perfect combination of colors. The show also presented a capsule collection with WILDSIDE Yohji Yamamoto. It also featured tailored wool gabardine pieces with embroidery.
