Yungeen Ace was scheduled to perform at a concert in Tampa, Florida, on September 20, 2024, alongside Gucci Mane, Rob49, Plies, and Yung Miami. However, the concert was reportedly canceled by the Florida police, specifically the Tampa police, after the inclusion of Yungeen Ace over Ace's alleged ties to criminal gangs.

The rapper has responded to the cancelation with a video message that has since gone viral. The message has Ace call out Jacksonville police for canceling his shows and impacting his ability to make a living:

"Jacksonville Police $@#%& I don't know how they're doing this $@#%& But they always they always always calling around to cancel my shows. What's up with y'all? What's going on? Why y'all want to cancel my shows? I don't even live there in Jacksonville. Why y'all want to cancel my why y'all trying to f**k up my money?"

The rapper continued in the same vein:

"Yeah man, I trying to $@#% up my life. Cuz y'all worried about what I got going on. I ain't dying. I ain't. I ain't. $@#%&*$ with y'all. Y'all y'all better leave me the f**k alone. Ace ends the video on the same note of question, asking Jacksonville police why they are, according to Ace, messing with Ace's livelihood. He also repeats he doesn't understand the situation.

Yungeen Ace was to perform at a venue close to where Julio Foolio was murdered

The unnamed venue in question reportedly posted an email that explained the situation regarding the cancelation of the concert. The email states that the venue learned that one of the performers, presumably Yungeen Ace, had affiliations to the gangs involved in the incident that led to the death of Julio Foolio - gangs ATK and KTA-.

Yungeen Ace recently posted a snippet of him remixing Problem by Cash Cobain. The video of the remix has gone viral on social media, with the rapper allegedly dissing the late Julio Foolio and his mother.

Aside from the Julio Foolio incident, Yungeen Ace has previously been involved in two other cases of shooting. The first is a mass shooting at the Town Center Parkway in Jacksonville, Florida, which resulted in Ace getting hit by eight bullets and being hospitalized.

This shooting was allegedly retaliation for the murder of Zion Brown, a 17-year-old cousin of the now late Julio Foolio, by Deantrae Thomas, a known associate of Yungeen Ace.

The other one was in 2019 when he was involved in a shooting incident at the Hampton Inn in Waycross, Georgia, where he and several others were chased through the parking lot at 3:30 in the morning.
