Mr. Prada, 20, a well-known TikToker has been linked to the homicide of a therapist, William Nicholas “Nick” Abraham. The Baton Rouge Police Department has been granted an arrest warrant for the influencer, whose real name is Terryon Ishmael Thomas. The therapist's body was found wrapped in a tarp, along Highway 51 in Tangipahoa Parish, on September 29, 2024.

Per Fox 8 News, Thomas is the last known individual who was spotted driving the departed's car. The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office revealed that the BRPD spotted the vehicle on Monday afternoon, and when they tried to stop him, he sped up and fled. He consequently crashed the car and made a run for it on foot.

Who is Mr. Prada, a.k.a Terryon Ishmael Thomas?

Mr. Prada, born Terryon Ishmael Thomas, is well-known for his short, humourous skits online. He is an up-and-coming media personality, with about 8.2 million followers shared across two TikTok accounts.

However, he recently strayed away from the usual comedy, as he posted mostly videos on the platform, discussing his struggles with his mental health.

He also appears visibly under duress in the videos, and his hair was buzzed off, fueling speculations among his fans. Another TikTok video of him from earlier in the year went viral following the rumors, wherein the influencer can be seen practicing a pose for a mugshot.

Mr. Prada, currently on the loose, is now wanted for charges of aggravated criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

While his motive remains unclear, fans began drawing connections between the influencer and the victim's 2015 molestation allegations, theorizing that he may have fallen prey to the therapist, especially given his recent videos.

However, Mr. Prada has not been officially charged with the homicide of the therapist, who died from blunt force trauma, per the Tribune.

The victim was "bludgeoned" to death, Tangipahoa Sheriff reveals

According to Tangipahoa Sheriff Gerald Sticker, WAFB reported,

"It was a very physical and very violent attack. He was bludgeoned about in the head, shoulders, and neck. There was a lot of bruising."

He continued, noting that they had not determined the motive behind the killing, and that there were no murder weapons located near his body.

"'Right now we have no inclination as to where this originated."

Upon inspecting the victim's home in East Baton Rouge Parish, any probability of a crime being committed there had been ruled out. As such, officials are working on uncovering where the murder took place. Sticker continued,

“This is the society that we live in. There’s an element of violence. There are evil people in this world.”

Should anyone come across any information they think is helpful, the sheriff's office is requesting a call at (985) 908-2008 or Crime Stoppers of Tangipahoa at (800) 554-5245.
