The incident on Monday took place in Weston at an Argentine restaurant named Baires Grill, according to Local10 News. According to the Sheriff's Department, "The Dancing with the Stars" alum was causing disorderly conduct within the restaurant and was asked to leave by the manager before the police were called.

After his release from the Broward County Main Jail, the "Don't Mess with an Angel" actor, who was swamped by reporters, explained his side of the incident by saying that the initial argument that took place at the restaurant did not involve him, rather he got into the middle of a disagreement involving other people present at the scene.
