Attorneys for Sean Diddy Combs have reported that the rapper found it particularly challenging to adjust to the food while incarcerated.

After a status conference at a federal courthouse in Manhattan, Combs' attorney Marc Agnifilo shared this concern with reporters. As per a People Magazine report, Agnifilo said,

“I think the food’s probably the roughest part of it.”

In court on, October 10, 2024 a trial date for Combs on sex crimes charges was set for May 5, 2025. He is currently being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. With Agnifilo’s comment becoming viral, netizens had a few reactions. One X user wrote:

“what no, lobster or champagne.”

Netizens reacted with humor, with X users suggesting that Diddy shouldn't be given any food, while others mentioned that this was why they chose not to commit crimes.

“So he put stuff in people’s food and now he’s worried about people putting stuff in his food,” a person commented.
“He shouldn't be getting any,” another X user reacted.
“this exact thing is why i havent committed any crimes in my life,” a netizen wrote.

Some users noted that this indicated Diddy was adjusting well to prison life, suggesting he had a relatively decent experience compared to starving children.

“Oh. Well good he is so well adjusted then. Get comfy bro,” another person wrote.
“Thanks. Seemingly my little vegetarian life abroad has beaten Diddy on the food at this point in time space,” a netizen commented.
“There’s children dying of starvation everyday, he’ll be fine,” an X user pointed out.
“Booo hoooo tell that to the victims who suffered much worst at his and his accomplices hands . Rot in jail,” another social media user reacted.

Diddy’s day in prison reportedly begins at 6 AM

According to People Magazine, Diddy’s day in prison begins at 6:00 AM with a breakfast of cereal, fruit, and a breakfast cake. On weekdays, lunch is served at 11:00 AM, followed by dinner after the 4 PM headcount. Lunches primarily consist of main courses such as hamburgers, baked fish, or beef tacos, while weekends feature scrambled eggs and biscuits.

Dinner options include chicken fajitas, pasta, and roast beef. The prison also provides "heart-healthy" meals and vegetarian dishes, including lentils, tofu, and baked beans. During his court appearance on October 10, 2024, Combs was dressed in tan prison clothing.

His mother travelled from Florida to attend the hearing, and his children were also present. A source shared with the magazine that the kids were delighted to support their father and the entire family was united in their support.

Prosecutors anticipated it would take about a month to extract data from Combs' seized devices, describing the volume of information as "extraordinary." They also suggested that a superseding indictment may be issued once all the data has been processed.

Diddy has been in custody for nearly a month after two bail requests were denied by judges. However, his attorneys have filed an appeal to secure his release while awaiting trial.

Agnifilo had previously attributed the 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant discovered during an FBI raid on Diddy’s property to bulk purchases from Costco. However, the retailer swiftly refuted this claim, stating that none of its US locations stock baby oil.
