YouTuber Rosanna Pansino has made an uncanny discovery after she reportedly found mold in one of the products of Lunchly, a snack brand launched by internet personalities Logan Paul, MrBeast, and KSI. The brand is considered a healthier alternative to Kraft Heinz's popular Lunchables.

However, when Pansino filmed a video comparing the two, she discovered mold in the cheese portion of "The Pizza" product even though the expiration date was still two months away. Rosanna Pansino noted that she found numerous other complaints online from consumers reporting similar issues with mold in their Lunchly products.

Despite her claims, the YouTuber faced online backlash after netizens alleged that she faked the videos. Rosanna Pansino countered the allegations on October 22, 2024, after she posted a full clip video with no cuts on her X profile. She captioned the video:

“Had a lot of #MrBeast fans spread the lie that I was faking the moldy @Lunchly vid and would never post the full clip with no cuts. Well, here you go. I'm sure they will still not believe this is real, but maybe the dozens of other videos online showing moldy mozzarella cheese in Luchly's will convince them. Again, please be careful eating these if you have them.”

Rosanna Pansino mentioned that the items she reviewed had a best-by date of December 4, 2024, which led her to emphasize that they were supposed to be safe for consumption for another two months.

She raised concerns about the potential danger to children who might not recognize mold and might eat it. Additionally, she criticized the packaging, describing the sealant as cheap and not vacuum-tight.

Rosanna Pansino had claimed in the original video that she did not fake the mold

In September 2024, MrBeast, Logan Paul, and KSI announced the launch of Lunchly, a pre-packed school lunch designed for kids that combined two of their existing products. MrBeast, already had a chocolate brand called Feastables, while Logan Paul and KSI were known for their energy drink, Prime.

The Lunchly boxes included a bottle of Prime, and a bar of Feastables chocolate, along with options like Fiesta Nachos, The Pizza, or Turkey Stack 'Ems. In the original video, Rosanna Pansino clarified that she intended to discuss nutritional facts and offer healthy alternatives, and she had not anticipated encountering such issues. She said:

“I just want you guys to know I did not fake this. I was honestly going to go over nutritional facts and differences between the two with two physicians’ input and give you healthy alternatives to these things that are still affordable. I did not expect this.”

A spokesperson for Lunchly informed Fortune that all Lunchly products had undergone a rigorous review process. This process included multiple inspections and approvals, including those from the USDA, before any product could leave the manufacturing facility.

Before her complaint about Lunchly, Rosanna Pansino had expressed concerns about several of MrBeast's projects. Last year, she claimed that he had edited her out of a Creator Games video series in 2021.

Earlier this year, Rosanna Pansino alleged that she spoke with over 200 contestants from MrBeast's Beast Games competition show, and some of them claimed they were fed only 400 calories every 12 hours and permitted just three to four hours of sleep, often sleeping in bags on a stadium floor.
