Fresh and Fit podcast host Myron Gaines has come under fire once again after he allegedly used an offensive word against internet personality and rapper Rubi Rose during an online stream. Responding to his actions, Rose dropped a message on his Instagram account writing,
“Speaking on me can implicate problems, whether it's physical or emotional. peace be upon you brother.”

Gaines shared a screenshot of the message on X saying Rubi Rose tried to threaten him. He also backlashed her for allegedly misusing the word "implicate," stating that it reflected a lack of skills which he said was expected as he shared explicit content online.
Myron Gaines also added that sharing provocative content would draw more criticism and noted that he was not the only one to do so. When the news went viral and after the screenshot was reposted by the X account ‘FearBuck,’ the podcast host responded to it by commenting,
“Only way she can cause me physical harm is via chlamydia. If a simp decides to slide for her I'll have to give that dummy the "Zimmerman special". I don't start problems but I will definitely finish it.”
He also mocked Rose's understanding of Florida's self-defense laws, which include stand-your-ground and no-duty-to-retreat principles. He criticized her ability to interpret legal matters, insinuating that her comprehension skills extended only to reading the terms of service on OnlyFans. He also made dismissive remarks about facing criticism for her content on the platform.
In 2023, Myron Gaines claimed during the Fresh and Fit podcast that Rubi Rose used Kick streamer Ragnesh “N3on” for clout, to which the streamer replied that she was one of his closest girlfriends.

She also made remarks about Gaines, including comments about his lack of cultural awareness and warnings about the consequences for those involved with the show. This was followed by a physical altercation between the guest and two of the crew members. Gaines intervened in the situation after which the guest appeared to leave the place as the elevator doors closed.
While mentioning the situation on X, Gaines clarified that the incident involved claims of "racism" from her, who reportedly spent hours making derogatory remarks toward other panel members and also allegedly called them names.
The situation escalated when the guest allegedly attacked a staff member while being escorted out, leading to a physical altercation that was eventually broken up by Myron Gaines. Online reactions were divided, with some supporting the actions of the Fresh and Fit team and others criticizing the podcast for promoting misogyny.
