International fast food restaurant chain Wendy's has joined forces with Paramount to offer fans a taste of Spongebob Squarepants-themed food. In light of the show's 25th anniversary, the chain is introducing the "Wendy's Krabby Patty Kollab," a press release from X on October 2 revealed.
It will be available for a "limited time" only, from October 8, 2024, till November 3, 2024.
The Krabby Patty Kollab Burger comes with a quarter pound of beef, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion, slapped onto a “toasted premium bun.”
The burger also features a "top-secret Krabby Kollab sauce." Furthermore, the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, a nod to Spongebob’s house, is a Vanilla Frosty topped with a blend of Pineapple and Mango puree.

The meal was first announced on X on Tuesday, October 2, 2024, when the chain's official account posted an image of the show's news fish and the popular tagline “BBBBRRREAKING NEWWWS.” While the ad states the burger will be available for a "limited time," per a televised commercial, it will run through until November 3.
Dario Spina, CMO of Paramount Brand Studio, chimed in on the celebrations, saying in the press release,
"The Krabby Patty Kollab' marks another innovative way to continue the landmark 25th anniversary celebration of 'SpongeBob SquarePants,' bringing Bikini Bottom to the surface like never before. Wendy's pulse on pop culture and connection to fans makes this collaboration a perfect match for Paramount, and we're looking forward to delivering memorable and immersive experiences through custom creative, engaging social content and recognizable influence."
Those in Los Angeles are privy to the "exclusive first bite," given that the Krabby Patty Kollab Meal launches on Monday, October 7 in the state. Furthermore, citizens of Panorama City can head to one of the eatery's drive-thru for an "immersive" experience.
According to the website, the rest of the U.S. and Canada can get their hands on the collab by October 8.
Lindsay Radkoski, U.S. Chief Marketing Officer for the company, remarked on the momentous occasion:

Fans can head to restaurants in person to snag the meals. Alternatively, they can head onto the Wendy's mobile app for the same.
