The saga of Sean "Diddy" Combs has taken yet another dire turn, this time with claims from an accuser's layer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd. In a new legal filing, Mitchell-Kidd contended that Combs s*xually abused her client with an inanimate object in 2018. The accusations come from a broader legal case involving the now-disgraced music mogul.
According to the Florida-based accuser, Diddy dr*gged her, assaulted her, and got her pregnant. She also contended that his actions continued until recently. The complaint was filed on Friday, September 27, in the New York Supreme Court. People magazine was the first to break the news.
Diddy allegedly spiked the accuser's drink, leaving her "woozy"
The victim, listed as Jane Doe in the filing, claimed the mogul abused her for about four years, beginning in 2020. She's looking for restitution for the "injuries and damages" she claims to have gone through at the hands of Diddy or "as a direct and proximate result of the defendant’s wrongful conduct,” per the legal filing. The complaint further outlines that the abuse began in the fall of 2020 and “continued to present."
According to NewsNation, the victim's lawyer, Mitchell-Kidd, the music titan forced himself on her client at a party in 2018. She also noted that her client filed a police report not long after but to no avail.
“She reached out to me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her assault and her escape. She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”
She continued, alleging that her client believed that she was in imminent danger of s*x trafficking at the time, prompting her to escape onto the streets. Reportedly, one of the neighbors witnessed her fleeing.
"It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs s*xually assaulted her with an inanimate object. … And then directed another gentleman to s*xually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself."
Mitchell-Kidd also revealed that she was contacted regarding the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes.” While she divulged that a “more high-profile” someone could be seen in the tapes, she did not name-drop.
"There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video. I can tell the video was pornographic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”
Combs was arrested on September 16 at a Manhattan hotel by Homeland Security. His homes were raided not long after, and he was hit with s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution in a federal court. He is currently detained in jail, awaiting trial, after a judge denied his bail twice. He has pleaded not guilty.
