Taylor Swift is offering rare insight into how she managed personal upheaval after two major breakups early in the record-setting tour.
Speaking in a new episode of her Disney+ docuseries, the pop superstar confessed that the Eras Tour became a stabilizing force that helped her push through a difficult period.
"My personal life was hard. I went through two breakups on the first half of this tour. And that's a lot of breakups, actually."
Tracing the singer-songwriter's dating history, the breakups in question point to her six-year relationship with Joe Alwyn that ended in April 2023, and her whirlwind romance with The 1975's frontman Matty Healy, which concluded that June.
Nevertheless, Swift credited her Eras Tour for motivating her to move forward.
"The show is what gave me purpose and was what I could use to get me out of bed. So the tour has never been the hard thing in my life. The tour has been the thing that allowed me to find purpose outside of the s**t that was going wrong in my life."
The Fortnight hitmaker continued:
"Men will let you down. The Eras Tour never will."
Further, Swift kicked off her romance with Travis Kelce that July. The couple got engaged last August and will reportedly tie the knot in June 2026.
How the Eras Tour influenced Taylor Swift's The Life of a Showgirl
This is not the first time Swift paid tribute to her record-breaking Eras Tour, which became the highest-grossing concert tour ever.

In August, while unveiling her highly anticipated 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, the pop icon revealed that the project was born out of the joy and inspiration she experienced during the tour.
"This album is about what was going on behind the scenes of my inner life during this tour, which was so exuberant and electric and vibrant. It just comes from the most infectiously joyful, wild, dramatic place I was in in my life, and so that effervesence has come through on this record. And like you said, bangers."

Revealing that the album would contain 12 tracks, noting that "there’s not a thirteenth," she went on:
"I tend to write lots and lots of music, so it's a temptation to release lots of music. But oftentimes, I wanted to do an album that was so focused on quality and on the theme and everything fitting together like a perfect puzzle that these 12 songs for my 12th album, I feel like we achieved that and I'm really happy about that."
The album was released on October 3. Meanwhile, the docuseries Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era premiered on December 12, dropping its first two episodes simultaneously, and is scheduled to conclude on December 23.
