Rapper T.I.’s son, King Harris, has been released from jail after he was arrested in Dunwoody, Georgia, on October 14, 2024. An arrest warrant was issued against him in Pickens County after he failed to appear in court.
In 2022, Harris was charged with speed driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license while he was under the influence of drugs.

After his arrest, he was taken to DeKalb County Jail and released to Pickens County. King Harris posted a video on his Instagram story after his release where he said,
“Another thing, I am a free man. Stop goddamn, I am not locked up.”
His viral video has garnered reactions from various users, especially on Instagram. One social media user wrote:
“Acting like he did 25 to life, he probably didn’t even eat lunch.”
Netizens appeared to be critical of his statement as Instagram users wrote that he completed his goal.
“He looks like he’s supposed to be a cartoon character instead of a human.”

Meanwhile, other social media users remarked that King Harris was eager to share the video, while some jokingly suggested he should be sent to Haiti.

King Harris nearly hit a police car while he pulled out of a gas station
According to a Billboard report, King nearly collided with a police car while pulling out of a gas station in his BMW. According to the incident report, officers detected the smell of marijuana and noticed a gun on his hip. When they checked his information, a warrant was discovered.
The arresting officer explained that he informed King Harris he needed to speak with him outside, opened the driver-side door, and found Harris cooperative. The officer removed the firearm from Harris’s hip without any issues, had him step out of the vehicle, and detained him by placing handcuffs on him.
He was then escorted to the patrol car, patted down, and ushered into the police car. Two other individuals were in the car with Harris but were not arrested.
During a recent appearance on Atlanta’s Hot 107.9, T.I. shared that King Harris was expecting his first child and humorously discussed how he planned to raise his grandson. T.I. joked about turning the child into the "greatest gangster" and expressed his intent to raise him in a way that would give King a taste of the challenges he put T.I. through, suggesting it would be like payback.
King and his child's mother, J'Nijah, had a baby shower with family and friends. On October 6, 2024, King’s mother, Tiny Harris, posted a close-up of the event and its decorations.
