The National Society of Film Critics has officially announced its winners for this year.
The National Society of Film Critics Awards are voted on by more than 60 film critics from across the United States.
At the 2025 National Society of Film Critics Awards, One Battle After Another bagged four awards in total. This made it the top-winning film of the year. The film won in the following categories:
- Best Picture
- Best Director
- Best Supporting Actress
- Best Supporting Actor
Paul Thomas Anderson's One Battle After Another dominated the 2025 National Society of Film Critics Awards. The film's ensemble cast is led by Leonardo DiCaprio, with key supporting performances from Benicio del Toro and Teyana Taylor, among others.
National Society of Film Critics' official website reads:
"The National Society of Film Critics counts among its members many of the country’s leading film critics. Its purpose is to promote the mutual interests of film criticism and filmmaking. Founded in l966, the Society differs from other critical associations in a number of significant ways. In the first place, it is truly national. Its members include critics from major papers in Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Denver."

It is worth noting that despite playing the lead role in One Battle After Another, Leonardo DiCaprio did not receive the Best Actor award. It went to Ethan Hawke for Blue Moon.
